Carranza Restoration was truly amazing! It is not hyperbole to say in all my 67 years, I've never had a service that came to my house with a mission that completed it as well. They are as good as it gets! They performed professionally, extremely polite and very accommodating as I am handicapped & they went well above what was necessary to make sure my needs were met in the restoration process. They provided frequent updates and were very communicative to us. They took before pictures of all the items in the rooms & placed them back in their proper place at the end. They respected all of my furniture & personal papers, etc. as if it was their own. The young men who moved my furniture were amazing! It's such hard work in this hot weather. The process from start to finish was extraordinary from the tearing out to new drywall to painting to new carpet. There is no question where I will go for my next restoration project!

Choosing Carranza Restoration LLC to restore our home was the best decision we could have made. We initially hired another company after experiencing water damage from a leak in our master shower, but that turned out to be a nightmare. Communication was horrendous, and the work dragged on forever.Then we found Charles and his team at Carranza Restoration LLC, and it was a complete 180-degree turn. The difference in punctuality, professionalism, and quality of work was like night and day. Charles took the time to assess the damage and provided a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. We entrusted them with the complete restoration of our master bathroom, wood flooring throughout the house, kitchen countertops, cabinets, and painting—and they delivered superbly on all fronts.Charles was consistently responsive and kept us in the loop at all stages. He made sure his team was punctual, and they wasted no time in getting to work. The quality of the craftsmanship is impeccable; our master bathroom looks like something out of a magazine, and the wood floors have given our home a new lease on life.The kitchen cabinets are also stunning. It's evident that Charles and his team take immense pride in their work, down to the smallest detail. From top to bottom they were amazing. Taking us every step of the way. The owner is hands on and all the workers were friendly, respectful and hard working. I , also was severely mistreated and taken advantage of . I am a Widower and a Senior Citizen. I experienced very similar situations as mentioned in some of the reviews that I read. I first hired Carranza Restoration Company in June 2021 but because the insurance company found more damages that they didn’t see the first time , the insurance company had to rewrite the scope to include the additions and provide more money for the changes. A new contract was provided for me to sign between Carranza and myself. I signed the second contract and gave Carranza the additional money that the second contract stated . The repairs on my house officially started in August 2021 and Carranza Restoration Company didn’t finish the repairs and abandoned me and never returned or communicated with me to let me know that they had no intentions to finish. The job.It has been a long stressful unpredictable, unprofessional and daunting experience waiting for any written responses to my emails and text messages sent in regards to delivering the rest of materials in which I paid $22,000 out of pocket for the change order agreement and the insurance company had paid most of the money owed and would pay the remaining balance upon completion of repairs however, sadly the job was never completed .Some of the work that had been done early on needed to be refined in order to be done and look professional. There were so many mistakes that the subcontractors made that the foreman was fired by Carranza. I have pics of all the mishaps that occurred . Earlier on I requested to Carranza by email and written letter that our communizations be done either by text or e-mail however, to no avai the communication from Carranza was difficult . I made so many attempts to try and get some answers from him because I hired him to get the job done but he refused to comply . . I asked many times as well as I asked the insurance company to ask Carranza for a time line of when he expects the repairs would be done however I nor the insurance company could not get him to comply. and provide us with such vital information. Since you wouldn’t communicate with me email or text I even drove to your office to just find out if you plan to finish the job. You were not there so I spoke with your son Alex. This experience should have been a blessing from God but it far from it and became and still is an awful and horrible feeling!!!!!!

Carranza Restoration did an amazing job at restoring our home after a surprise water leak. It was a blessing to have found them and to experience kindness from everyone on the team. All the workers that stepped into our home were so kind and caring. After our experience, I would definitely use them again and will refer others that I know.

Awful communication. Horrible service. No empathy or urgency. Selfish business practices. Charles came out to inspect our roof for damages needing repair. (He was referred by another company and during the visit tried to minimize their job implying we don’t need their work). We were promised an estimate with pictures same day. Did not get the estimate until 6 days later after asking consecutive business days in a row. When we finally received the estimate, still no pictures. When they called to collect payment (which they do prior to work and we know this), they wanted to collect the money without telling me what day they would be out. After voicing concerns that we would pay them and the work not be done for an undisclosed amount of time, we were told with attitude, it’s either that or we can go somewhere else. When we expressed our desire to get the work done quickly as mold was forming and we have two small children (1 and 3 yrs old), Charles responded “Everyone has small children.”

We had a broken pipe in our master bathroom. Jennifer with carranza restoration came out right away and was so nice made sure we understood the whole process. She is super friendly and goes above and beyond. The job was finished in three days and looks amazing. So happy to have met and worked with Jennifer she really made the whole process painless. This company is great I highly recommend them especially Jennifer. They will take amazing care of you.

We've used Carraza Restoration for replacing our roof a few months ago and just finished redoing our shower. Both crews were respectful of us and our property and did wonderfully on both jobs.Charles Carranza the owner is a great contractor and was on top of all aspects of the jobs. Charles Carranza was very attentive, responsive and prompt in completing the repairs in a professional and craftsmanlike way. We used Carranza Restoration after substantial water damage to my home. I replaced flooring, sheetrock, kitchen cabinets/countertops and more. They did a beautiful job! If I noticed any flaw, which was very few considering all the work they did, they jumped on it right away to make it right.The team I worked with was amazing. Excellent communication - always showed up when they said they would be. Cleaned up nicely as they went along. I couldn’t have worked with nicer folks. Thank you Charles, Christopher and team!

Had a insurance claim for my floors to be redone due to water damage .due to the pandemic and holidays finally 3 months they start the work took for ever and 3 different contractors sent out to finish each others work due to work not been properly done . . Till this day job still not done excess paint splatter on other walls cabinet that was replaced was not caulked or grouped back . Part of wall by bar was not pInted . And his contractors are thieves they stole from my house and I have them on camera . I filled wit the bbb occ and my insurance about this problem I don't recommend anyone to use them a 2 week job took almost 4 months
