He kept me informed throughout the entire process. Anytime I called, he was quick to get back to me, which was very important to me. I can't say enough about how happy I am with this company. I called Magnolia, Joe came out and did an estimate, he helped walk me thru the process of filing the claim, with the appraiser, and any paperwork, he was friendly, courteous and very helpful during the whole process. During installation everyone was nice, they cleaned up everything and it was done very quickly and efficiently.. If I need my roof fixed or replaced ever again they will be the first one I call!!!

Joe and his Team did a great job!! We had a leak coming from a tricky section of the roof. Joe and the Team came out to address the problem multiple times before we were able to stop the leak. Magnolia Roofing came out to examine our rental property roof. Brandon the owner, did an awesome job of handling the claim with my insurance company. The new roof is beautiful, Magnolia roofing did an amazing job, the workers cleaned up after the roof was replaced and left my property better then they found it. At no time were my renters inconvenienced while the roof was being replaced. They were quick and professional; I recommend them to all the neighbors, my family and friends.

I have my home insurance to cover for a hail damage and they came up with a decision that they will only cover for a few shingles for the damage. I was so disappointed with my home insurance company and told them that i will get a private contractor to give me a new quote. Highly recommend them for any roofing means. Brandon is very knowledgeable about what needs to be done and how to accomplish it the right way. They were with us every step of the way, even when the insurance come to adjust the damage to the roof. They were able to point out spots of damage that would have been missed otherwise. I was able to get my whole roof replaced and upgraded with no hassle.

When calling to schedule our initial inspection, she was kind enough to break down the process of what my husband and I should expect. My insurance claim in 2022 for hail damage was initially approved to replace half the roof. Dissatisfied, I took it no further. This year I contacted Magnolia Roofing and Restoration to ask my insurer for a relook. I met with Colby Little who fully documented all the damage to both sides of the roof. He helped me work with the insurance claims staff who finally sent out another inspector. Colby met with them and pointed out all dings and dents they either initially over looked or discounted. Bottom line, he was instrumental in getting their approval to replace the entire roof. He took care of all the paperwork including getting HOA approval and necessary permits. The replacement took one day and we're very pleased with the materials and the results. Colby is a professional who knows his stuff. He answered all my questions and responded promptly every time I contacted him. I would work with him and Magnolia Roofing and Restoration again if I ever need roofing work again.Services: Roof installation, Gutter cleaning
