Do not use this company. I regret using them and will not recommend them to any of my friends or family. It has been a nightmare dealing with them. They are not reliable or responsive. They did a roof installation at my home in Oct 2021. They tried to pull a fast one and install the wrong shingle color than what we ordered. Once we saw the wrong shingles color going up on our roof we had to stop the install and have them remove the incorrect color shingles that they started to lay down. They went and picked up the correct color shingles and completed the roof installation. Fast forward 6 months later (April 22), we noticed lumps in several areas of the roof. Took pictures and sent to Devon (Pure Roofing contractor). Apparently the roofing crew they used did not nail down several shingles correctly causing the lumps. About 2 1/2 months (July 22) after I reached out to Devon, a crew came out and made the repairs. Devon said they had to file an insurance claim for the faulty crew they used to install the roof at our home so that's why it took so long for them to come out and make the repairs. It's Oct 22 now, and my insurance adjuster came out and noticed some other areas of concern on our roof that need to be fixed. Reached out to Devon and even sent pictures of the areas that need to be repaired. That was 11 days ago, no response yet.Service: Roof installation

Pure Roofing is very professional. I was working with Houston Roofing "one of the big companies". They forgot I even existed after the roof inspection. So I called around and Pure Roofing showed up that day. Adison spent time to explain the whole process. He met with the insurance company, got the roof and gutters approved for replacement, and got the new roof/gutters installed in less than a month. The clean up was great, and a few months later we've had 0 issues. Overall very happy with the process.Service: Roof installation
