John responded within 1 hour of a short notice clean up request to rectify poor quality from a previous provider. In short, he saved the day!John's understanding of my situation, confident demeanor, and technical knowledge...coupled with his ability to quickly respond made it an easy choice. There is always risk putting your home in someone else's hands...and its never an easy decision. John's professionalism and confidence bridged the gap of my initial concerns. The outcome was better than I hoped.
