I like how convenient and close to home metal warehouse is and the service. The reason I’m rating them with one star is because on one of my last orders someone made an unauthorized charge to my credit card and even though I talk to them about 4 or 5 times about it almost a month ego, nothing was ever done. I was told they were going to check on it but never did.

This company lacks competence and integrity. Lost my order, directed me to come pick it up when they FINALLY got it done on a day they were closed, causing even more wasted time. The whole affair cost me a great deal of time and money.We are all human, and make mistakes- the biggest complaint I have is that they displayed zero integrity in fixing the problem. They didn't care at all about the degree of expense and inconvenience they caused me. I should have cancelled the order through my credit card company and done business elsewhere.I don't recommend this company at all. There are several other suppliers with identical product in the area.

Jake at metal warehouse is the best. He’s easy to work with and will even help you with design questions. He makes the whole process easy the rest of the prices are really affordable. It was just a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend searching out metal warehouse if you’re with looking to build a metal building. They make the process really easy and you really can’t find better customer service thanks Jake for all your hard work.

I’m going to be in the middle on this review! A year ago this month we went in for a new construction metal roof. They were still out of the house behind their new building. The guy who helped was great...we knew nothing and he walked us through the whole thing and got us hooked up for about $800. Fast forward a year. I go in wanting the same order for an addition(square footage was about 20 foot less). I asked the gentleman to look up my previous order, couldn’t do it. Had my name but not my items. So I tell him what I need. He asked some gentleman sitting at a desk a few questions along the way and had someone else look over what he’s put together then tells me my total is $1400! Less metal than a year ago and $600 price jump??? I don’t think so. Obviously he really didn’t know what I needed. I said I’d have to find my invoice from last year because that is way off. I can expect an increase just because prices do go up but that much? Almost 50%? No way. I find my invoice and decide to go to the other metal place in Sherman just because I’m curious! Show the guy the invoice and he gets everything I need for $940. I decided to go with them. So, first experience with MW was great, second experience not great at all! Either the guy was new and had no clue what I was asking for or they really jacked their prices up sky high! I hated to go else where but I think there should have been more effort made to make sure I was getting what I needed and to have access to past invoices. As for the gentleman who sits at the desk right by the door, I don’t know what your job title is but if it’s door greeter you failed at it. Not once, in the 10 minutes I stood waiting to be helped, did you even try to acknowledge me!

Excellent service and prices! I've worked with Jake and Kelly over the past year while building my personal shop. They have been extremely helpful and patient with me, despite me making it difficult on them due to my lack of knowledge and experience with metal building construction. I highly recommend Metal Warehouse to contractors and individuals!

“ Metal Warehouse Inc. is here to supply all your metal building, metal roofing, trim and so much more.”False. I called today asking about 2 different metals and neither are stocked apparently . I wasn’t even offered to fill out a special order request of any sort or some other option on getting those metal items. I have come out here before in order to get a special thread of all thread and they were helpful but this experience was lackadaisical at best. Hopefully the next time I have to call around for supplies they’ll be able to help.

We have purchased metal three times in the last year and have found this company to be courteous and willing to work toward pleasing us. Paul made sure we had all the supplies needed to install and is very well mannered. The prices were fantastic -- we were looking at a place in Oklahoma that's known for its discount and Metal Warehouse even beat them!We have one more project that will need metal and we will use them for sure.

I'm building a 30' x 40' shop and had Metal Warehouse quote my materials. They beat the competitors and turned the quote around the quickest, about 15 minutes. I dealt with Mark and Paul. They were both great, very courteous and helpful.

Quoted me $5.40 per foot on the phone for 3x3 11ga tubing, then charged me $7.19 per foot when I arrived 30 minutes later.When I realized it as I was leaving and went back in, they basically said "Sorry bud, that's our price"3 of the last 5 visits, I've been told on the phone that they had the specific metal I needed, in stock. When I arrived shortly after, they couldn't find any.J&I Mfg. is a bit further than I want to drive, but they're a LOT cheaper and when they give me a price and say they have it, I can count on it.
