Ben Crouse is the rare roofer who is honest, upfront, and conscientious. He gave an accurate and honest appraisal of the roof replacement, did the work on time, and was even willing to work with me when I had some questions after the replacement, even sending a team to fix a small issue I pointed out immediately. He is not after a quick buck, but wants to provide quality service and BOY DID HE DELIVER!! I highly recommend him. The New Roof looks great!

Ben is absolutely great--I wish i could give him 100 stars!!! We had severe hail damage, and had issues with another contractor not being able to get our claim approved. Ben came in and got it done, and his workers put in a whole new roof in about five hours!!! They were very polite and respectful, and after they cleaned up, we couldn't even tell they had been here. (Except for our beautiful new roof!!!!) I would highly recommend T-Rock Roofers to anyone that needs a new roof.

Ben Crouse of T-Rock Roofing has inspected/repaired/installed 15 roofs for me in the past year. During the process he gets intimately involved in the insurance process to protect me from adjuster’s bias. His inspections involve a personal inspection with me, a meeting with the adjuster with me, and multiple trips for an installation. Prices are reasonable, and I’m confident that I’m getting as much compensation from the insurance company as possible thanks to Ben’s experience and diligence. In short, it feels like when he deals with my roof , it’s like he’s dealing with his own roof. Ben went to bat for over two years to fight our greedy insurance company that refused to replace our roof after a hail storm that caused two leaks in our home. We had to go to appraisal and both the appraisers were shocked when they saw the condition our roof was in and were amazed that the adjuster from the insurance company paid out less than $100 after our deductible was meet. Ben even worked with us as we continued to have issues getting final payments from the insurance company after they were ordered to pay for a roof replacement. Ben was there every day. Not a single nail or a granule ended up in my pool. They were very good about showing me where the prior Roofer did not put in metal flashing in the valleys. They cleaned up every night and got it fine fast. He also fought the ins. Company on several issues to increase their payment. Very satisfied. Definitely NOT a storm chaser! Quality work.

Ben was great to work with. Ben met with the insurance adjuster and reviewed the hail damage with the adjuster. Once the claim was approved and I received the check from the insurance company I had a new roof and gutters in less than 10 days.
