Spade Roofing is a fantastic company all around! We had gutters installed and roof repairs on a metal building. Both jobs were completely in a timely fashion with quality workmanship. *We are still waiting on rain to check the roof repairs but I have no doubt that if something isn't right, they will take care of it under their 1 year workmanship warranty* Getting an appointment was quick and easy as was taking care of the bill when I spoke with Courtney. Charles, the project manager, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. Ace and his crew did an AMAZING job installing our new galvalume standing seam metal roof. Ace was professional, on time, easy to communicate with and budget friendly. When assessing our project he noticed areas of the house around some windows and back porch where the soffit and trim needed repairs. His crew was able to fix these items while replacing the roof!! After the workers completed the job in just 3 days, they made sure there was nothing left behind. Ace made a final walk around with me to ensure we were satisfied. Spade Roofing completed the installation of my metal roof last week and I couldn't be happier. The total job was completed in less than a week. The workers were very friendly and stayed busy. Upon completion they canvased my yard and removed any trash. Then they swept the yard with a large magnet to remove any metal or nails. What a professional company. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a roof.

Spade Roofing is the only roofing company I will use moving forward. I got bids from several companies for a damaged roof on our rent house. I must say the prices were all over the place with little to no explanation why. I am convinced that MOST roofing companies will get you for every dollar they can. This was NOT the case when we met w/ Ace from Spade Roofing. Showed up for his appointment on time, was very professional, and explained every detail in reference to the pricing. Once we approved the pricing, his guys showed up on time, did their job, and cleaned up every bit of their mess with no issues. Ace walked the job afterwards with me to ensure we were satisfied, and once again was on time and very professional. I stress the on time aspect because I am a busy man and it was a big issue with other companies we had bid the project for us. Long story short, I highly recommend Ace w/ Spade Roofing.

Spade built a deck for me and it is more than than I could gave ever expected. It is truly an addition to my travel trailer. They added finishing around the barristers thst I had not even thought to ask for. The workmensip is just scuppered. They finished it right when they said they would.
