My experience working with American Dream construction is awesome. Julio and his partner Joe are so professional- They made my life easy. I rarely had a time to work with insurance adjuster etc., it is them who contacted and pursued with my insurance adjuster and helped me walk through the whole process. Actually when the insurance first denied me, they helped me to have a second review and got it approved.When it comes to actual work, they did a great job. Post work, they cleaned my yard so neatly as if nothing happened before. They were referred to me by my friend and now I have no hesitation to refer them to anybody.

First time ever filing a claim regarding my home this past year we sustained over $50,000 in damages to Roof, Windows, Screens, Gutters, Vents, Fence, Garage Doors x 5 of them. They removed 27 Solar Panels and reinstalled them without problem. I can't say enough about the amazing transformation my home went through excellent job all aspects of the job exceeded my expectations. I have a great looking Roof my Insurance Company gave me a $400 rebate due to the type of roof installed. This was my first experience dealing with roof damage and I have to say that it ended up being a pleasant one. Farhan was very professional and walked me through the entire process and helped me work with the insurance company and I felt that he was representing my best interest the entire time. The work itself was done in a timely manner and was exceptional. He did a great job communicating with me at each step and kept us on time. He worked with me on the price to work w/in my insurance so I felt supported in that regard as well. Farhan Merchant, from American Dream Construction, will sell you on broken promises he never intended on keeping. Do not trust this man’s word because it’s obviously not his bond.I met Farhan on 3/22 by reference (realtor) to replace my roof prior to selling my home. When I initially met Farhan, he seemed to be a professional, honest individual - but this was all talk (a salesman pitch if you will). He made financial promises to me and continued to reassure me that he would fulfill certain stipulations I had prior to giving him my business. That same-day he practically pleaded with me to write him a good review on Google and Better Business Bureau to offset a prior customer’s review that was unsatisfying. (Shane is the person and it’s on BBB website). I found it strange that he would ask me this prior to even completing the work and promises he made. However, I informed him I had hesitation doing this as long as he carries out his obligations.As soon as I wrote him the check for my roof replacement, I personally never heard from Farhan again. Apparently, he had a family emergency and left the country. I’m not an insensitive or unreasonable person. I get “life happens”; however, a successful business should not be put on halt due to one-man. I was in contact with his back-up contact, Derrin, whom communicated with Farhan, and assured me Farhan would still honor his promise and commitment. My last contact with Derrin was on 4/30 and never heard back from him again either.My realtor, Alicia Trevino International, told me on June 7th, Farhan was back in the country and he would still honor his financial commitment. It’s 07/12 as I write this review, and still no action. Keep in mind, Farhan still has not personally contacted me (he has my number), but strangely other people were able to speak with him directly.American Dream Construction has no integrity, no values and do not intend on keeping their commitments. From my experience, all they care about is getting your check and will ghost you on any other agreements that were made. One of my plumbing roof vent flashing has popped out of place and could cause a roof leak. I found online that American Dream Construction performs roof maintenance so I called them and was immediately able to talk to someone who arranged for one of their restoration specialists to call me back. After a few hours, I got a call back that the appointment can be done the next day as long as it is not raining, and that an inspection needs to be done to see if the flashing can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced. The next day one of their restoration specialists, Jose showed up although it has been a cloudy and rainy week. Jose inspected my roof, immediately nailed the vent flashing and sealed it back in place. He insisted that I did not need to pay him and that he is happy to have done the repair and if I keep ADC in mind for future roofing services. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future and would highly recommend them for the professional, prompt and friendly service.

After my home suffered significant damage from the hail storm that dropped baseball size hail close to the end of March, I was introduced to American Dream Construction team. They walked around my home with me in search of damage to my property. They took detailed notes, and returned to meet and walk around my claims adjuster. Between the three of us, I am satisfied that all the damage to my home caused by the hail storm was addressed in order to be repaired. The American Dream Construction team are all courteous and professional. They worked with our schedule, and finished on time. I am very satisfied with their work, and I plan on contracting them in the future for some interior remodeling work.

I had my roofing replaced and several other items done from ADC. They are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Excellent communication and they were always on time. At least one of the supervisors were onsite whenever there is construction going on. They made sure the work is completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend ADC for your construction needs.

Jose and his team members made the three projects around my old house stress-free. Excellent, professional, courteous service! Their charges were reasonable, as well. Constant communication, if needed - if I had a question, Jose was always available via text or cell phone, and on one or two occasions he needed to ask me a question, so he called immediately. Their work ethic is amazing: prompt and efficient, they will 'go the extra mile' - like patching a small opening, just because it was located in the gutters area they were working on. Very impressed, I will continue recommending them to all of my family and friends.

Farhan Merchant represented American Dream Construction in bidding, selling, installing and follow up for our new roof. The old roof was removed and the yard was cleaned up by noon. Clean up included a gigantic drop cloth followed by use of a powerful magnet to catch all metal involved with the project. During the afternoon, a new roof was erected that I think is the envy of the neighborhood.
