I have to say I am not great at writing reviews but this company JWC is outstanding. They found us after a big hail storm. We live in a very secluded neighborhood and if someone else had not called them we would have been in a large conundrum. J D spent a lot of time explaining how JWCgoes the extra mile. These contractors went above and beyond dealing with our insurance company. It took a lot of things JWC got covered by working on our behalf. Originally insurance was not going to pay anything above our deductible. I will say we have a new roof and gutters and skylight. Work was done professionally and timely. I am thrilled with the outcome. I highly recommend JWC contractors for roofing and remodeling work.

A+ experience from start to finish. I SO appreciated Chris Murray’s detailed explanations in roofing that I knew absolutely nothing about. His honesty was refreshing. ( I found out from some of my neighbors that he told them their roof didn’t need replacing, or only needed a partial replacement. How often do you hear that?). My particular roof was only approved for a small area from my insurance company. Chris met with their adjuster and climbed up on the roof with him and pointed out areas they had missed.Bottom line…. I couldn’t have been more pleased with this awesome company and I LOVE my new roof! ♥️

JWC is a cut above all the other GC's I've encountered. They are professional, prompt, courteous, and communicative. Josh and Jacob took great care of our property, and fought to get coverage for many other items that were not originally included in the claim, giving us options and flexibility to restore our property after a very damaging storm. The team is experienced, thorough, and detail-oriented. Their subcontractors are vetted and do really good work. They are also a platinum provider for Atlas roofing systems, and the materials they used on the roof are very good quality, which cannot be said for many roofers out there.It's never easy to repair after a devastating storm, but JWC made it as easy as possible. I highly recommend them if you are looking for honest people with integrity that do quality work with quality materials and stand behind what they say and do!

JWC put a new roof on my home with a supreme level of service I did not expect. Having just had a gunite in-ground pool put in, and other work at my home completed during COVID I was finally just happy to have everything going my way. I didn’t plan on needing a new roof so soon, but mother nature thought otherwise. Ronnie Ortiz rescued me. I could not have asked for a better advocate to get my roof taken care of. After all of the hard work JWC put into making sure I was going to be happy with the final product they came out with a well organized army of men, and had my roof replaced with top tier materials in a matter of hours.Every single person I spoke with via email, over the phone, via text, or in person was so attentive, pleasant, thoughtful, and understood where I was coming from as a home owner with my questions, and were able to quickly provide excellent answers and direction, I just couldn’t believe it. FINALLY, a company that gets it. They understand customer service. They took care of me. We just had a complete roof replacement with JWC. I am amazed by the excellent customer service and quality work of everyone at JWC. I’m particularly impressed by Chris Murray’s excellent work ethic and his help at every step. Chris assessed our damage and covered up the hole in our roof quickly so we did not encounter anymore damage to our main bedroom. Chris provided a detailed photographic inventory to demonstrate to our insurance that we needed a complete roof replacement since the insurance assessor recommended replacing only 400 shingles. Chris worked with them closely to make sure we got the money for the work that needed to be done to make our home good again. It took a while but once approved, JWC’s installation crew did a fantastic job. Our roof looks incredible and our bedroom was repaired and got a fresh coat of paint. We are grateful Chris was on our side. I was frustrated about our insurance company not wanting to cover costs for the repairs needed, Chris and his team helped to make sure it was all covered. From the start, Ronnie was professional and took the time to explain all the details and walked me through the process as I had never had a roof replaced. Then, the team that came out was very detailed and professional and worked all day. Once completed, they cleaned everything thoroughly and had a follow-up walk around the next day to ensure all was done correctly. This is a very professional group, I dealt mostly with Ronnie, and his communication and patience with the process is unbelievable, 100 stars to him. Aubrey helped with all the billing and payments as well as adjusting some scheduling. Very professional as well and extremely helpful. I recommend this team and will use them with any future needs I may have.

This summer, my area encountered couple of hail storms which damaged tile roof in neighborhood. After doing some research, I contacted Josh Snowden who is a certified roofer, for a free inspection. Fortunately, my roof was fine with few sporadic damage, no need repair or replacement. Josh instead told me about a potential issue with my furnace vent he found while checking the roof that one vent cap couldn't sit firmly, may slide to block the exhaust.As expected, my furnace couldn't exhaust smoothly when winter came. I noticed the cap already sinked and fully covered the vent. So I call Josh again. He managed to adjust the cap to sit properly, however, the old cap was too large to fit the vent tube. Finally, Josh got me a vent cap of right diameter from Home Depot exactly fit to the tube. The new cap now sits there nice and tight, leaving enough space for exhaust. The furnace back to work, l can enjoy the warm and cozy in the house again. Thank you so much Josh for your superb job!In both of the services, I had an incredible experience with Josh and this company. And I was convinced by his thorough experience and professional integrity. All of the JWC guys were amazing especially Joshua. On his first visit and even before I had awarded the business to them, he put tarps in the damaged sections of the roof to prevent further damage. He walked me through the entire process from the roof damage, the quote to repair, the insurance claim proceses, HOA permit, selection of the shingles and the actual repair. The repair was done in a day and a half, the JWC workers stayed until it got dark and almost completed my entire room in one day. The following day the spent just a few hours detailing and cleaning thoroughly. They all did an amazing job but overall they were very easy and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend JWC for your metal roofing needs. Jason stopped by my office one day to point out some areas in my 20+ year old metal roof that needed attention. He went up on the roof and "patched" some areas for no charge and then helped me with the insurance process to have my roof replaced due to several years of hail damage. Jason worked tirelessly with the insurance company for months to get my roof and car port covered. My new roof is absolutely stunning! His team did a fantastic job and I could not be happier with the result. Jason is a true professional and was always available for my calls, texts, e-mails, etc. He even stopped at my office on a Sunday to check the parking lot after the job was done to make sure there was no debris in the parking lot prior to the start of business the next morning that could damage a car tire. From the beginning, it has been a wonderful experience. Josh Snowden offered to inspect our roof and confirmed there was sufficient damage for insurance purposes. I consulted with a neighbor that used the same company and he had nothing but praises on his experience. There was no pressure to sign, but rather just straight honest communication on process to follow. Josh helped with insurance and was present with adjuster to ensure all items were covered. A follow up with insurance on our behalf was done and provided more funds. Josh helped fill out HOA approval paperwork. Roof was replaced in one day with minor follow up visit. Nail pops in ceiling, painting flashing, ensuring our pool was clean of debris. All handled very professionally and with full customer satisfaction. My "wow" factor is off the charts with JWC Contractors. From the start dealing with Henry and his thoroughness in documenting all damage to get insurance to acknowledge and pay was incredible. I've posted a picture not of the final product but the process because this contractor paid attention to detail, removed old felt, removed compromised wood and professionally installed the shingles. The high definition ridge makes my house pop! They added a ventilation ridge as part of the job. Their was an onsite foreman ready to answer my questions. I used JWC on two occasions: 1) roof repair; 2) taking down a pergola/balcony. Originally another roofer filed the insurance claim for us, but it could not provide all the documentation, so I authorized JWC to take over and it had made the process painless. Even after the repair, Josh provided spectacular after-sale service when a severe hailstorm hit my neighborhood, he called me the following day and gave my roof a quick free inspection to ensure no serious damages. For the second project, the pergola/balcony had to be taken down due to some structural issues. I’ve called a few contractors in the past, but all of them didn’t take it up when I didn’t want to rebuild, but not JWC. Again, Josh was professional in providing regular follow-up's and always answering all the questions my wife and I had. JWC did an outstanding job repairing our roof last week! A dryer vent technician discovered rotted decking surrounding our roof dryer vent, so we searched around for a reliable roofing company and called JWC. Audrey, the project coordinator, was helpful from the start, answering all our questions and putting us on the schedule right away.
