I was visiting a friends house and they showed me a bathroom remodel done by Lees Remodeling and Designs. I was so impressed by how great it looked that my wife and I contacted Lee to come over to our house and look at our daughter’s bathroom. What impressed me was the suggestions they made and how they helped us pick out the best materials for the job. When the job was completed, we were blown away by how great it looked. And, to make it even better the remodel was done on time and within budget. You don’t always get that with a contractor, but I know several people that have used Lees Remodeling and Designs and they have all had the same awesome experience that we had. Can't sing enough praises about Erica and her team. We're very grateful to Erica for her time and assistance with a very frustrating insurance claim situation. She truly helped us out of her own kindness. Took us several months to resolve the claim and we were able to get more money from the insurance. We have dealt with a lot of contractors before and by far Erica is the most responsive and reliable general contractor. She updates us several times leading up to the project start date and throughout the entirety of the renovation. She has a team of dedicated specialists for different needs ( paint, floor, drywall, etc.) and they work with her mainly so their quality of work is guaranteed. This is a very important aspect for us when we hire a contractor. We don't want random subcontractors that aren't reliable. She's easy to work with and we really trust her team. More than that she's just a nice person and willing to help when she can. Definitely will use Erica and Lee's remodeling again for future renovations.
