A few weeks ago our area experienced 80mph winds. As a result, about 25% of my shingles were blown away, the top of my chimney was blown off, and about 72’ of my privacy fence was destroyed. Living in the Dallas/Fort Worth area there are plenty of companies a person can use to put a new roof on, other companies to repair your chimney damage, and plenty of fencing companies. The amount of time to deal with the insurance company, to meet with a roofing company, then to find someone to repair our chimney, to meet with a fencing company and to be there to make sure all the details are followed through on and done correctly...I was not looking forward to that at all.Trigg General Construction took all that headache and stress away.From the moment I contacted them they assured me they could handle all my repair needs and would coordinate the ordering and delivery of all materials, provide experienced crews to make the repairs, and give me one person from Trigg to interface with. To say they delivered on their promise would be an understatement. Throughout the whole repair process, we dealt with one person, Rick Thomas.I cannot over emphasize how nice it was to know that if I had a question or concern about something that Rick was just a phone call, email, or text away. His quick responsiveness is incredible.I think the thing that sets Trigg apart from so many companies is the integrity of their leadership. Their philosophy is to serve their customers not just do a job. The Higher standard they follow motivates them to make sure it is done right.Needless to say, I would recommend them without reservation.

Great customer service, the owner James is awesome and willing to to jump in and make sure that customers are taken care of when the rest of the team is busy. I was extremely impressed with their fast response to my needs.
