We used All Roofing and Remodeling for our new roof. Our sales rep, Trey, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He explained the process in detail (this was my first time having to buy a new roof) as well as answered any questions my husband and I had. I also appreciated his constant communication and prompt responses. He and the team at All Roofing and Remodeling went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. They even hired a professional pool cleaner to come clean our pool after a small tear in the tarp covering our pool let in minimal debris. I highly recommend All Roofing and Remodeling. Their customer service and professionalism are a 10 out of 10!

I think the best part of our roof replacement experience was Chandler’s detailed explanation of the process they follow when they replace any homeowner’s roof.He made several trips to our home and brought samples of the different types of shingles his company offered. Chandler even provided us with the address in our neighborhood of a roof they recently completed.In the end, we decided to choose All Roofing and Remodeling as our roofing contractor and selected the class 4 shingles after Chandler explained the protection and insurance benefits.The roofers did a fabulous job installing the shingles and cleanup after the job was completed.From a budget perspective, Chandler was able to work with the amount our insurance adjuster allocated for our roof replacement.Thank you Chandler!

Very professional company didn’t take long to schedule my roof repair. Randy and Jose were very good at communicating everything that was going on. paid 5767.00 to do everything that they recommended to ensure that no portion of my roof ever leaked again. well the very next rainstorm it leaked from the same spot. they came out and looked at it, said it was a different spot, said they'd be back to fix it, and then they ghosted me. they did give me a very nice warranty certificate though, had little sparkles on it.

My roof and gutters sustained hail damage and I was a bit intimidated by the thought of managing the process with my insurance company. Estefan was awesome and very professional walking thru the process and always available to answer any questions. He was here early to walk the job with adjuster on a Sunday morning and made sure we understood the process. When they showed up to replace the roof there were a dozen roofers and they not only finished front start to finish the same day, but covered everything around the property with tarp EVEN THE POOL. We did not find even one roof nail after clean-up was complete. Estefan stopped by two days later to insure we were happy with the roof and entire job. Jared was great about checking the entire roof for any further damage beyond the vent boots that were completely rotted out. He patched them personally so there would be no further damage. The repair guys did a great job repairing all the vents that were damaged and cleaned up well. We had some delays but there was consistent communication and no blame game that some contractors do. Whoever was driving this company’s work truck down 99 this afternoon needs to understand that they are a reflection of the company. Tailgating cars, changing back and forth between lanes because 85 isn’t fast enough despite a wall of cars ahead. I had my kids in the car and they got around me and continued to do the same to multiple cars ahead.I hope they don’t rush their work while on your roof like they do while on the road!

I have used All Roofing and Remodeling for two homes now. They are always professional, responsive, and take care of the property. Jared was especially responsive and helpful. When I needed some info he responded to email, text or phone calls quickly.This last time we our insurance denied the claim. All Roofing didn't stop.They helped me work the system with public adjusters and would check up periodically. Ultimately we won and go the roof.
