I contacted AXL after seeing raising issues with Lennar home builders new builds. Ricky was a huge help, and is very knowledgeable. Lennar home builders built my house with out of spec vents that wasn’t found on my first inspection, along with multiple roofing hazards that could be costly down the line, and AXL is helping me tackle the issues while still under warranty. Do not hesitate to contact them for any concerns you might have. I’m glad I didn’t and won’t regret it.

We had a bad leak in our roof that became evident when a heavy storm brought water into our family room. After trying a few roofing companies, AXL was the only one that was in our home inspecting the damage just a couple of ours after we called them. And they were gracious enough to cover the roof complementarily until we could get the insurance to assess the reapair in order to prevent further damage with the upcoming rains. Ricky actually came over to our house to provide an estimate for something else but ended up noticing that the roof looked damaged. He offered to take a look right then and there and had all of his tools already with him to make it a quick and easy endeavor. Thanks to his attention to detail, I found out that there was a leak in my roof and that the wood was already rotting. He provided a free estimate in a very timely manner and was very flexible with my schedule when it came to performing the repair. His work was professional and thorough, and he even fixed some other minor issues on the roof that other people wouldn’t have even noticed! He went above and beyond to make sure his work was not only completed with accuracy but also with diligence and true regard for quality.
