I recently hired Best Choice Roofing to repair my roof. Chase Mcgrath was the GM that came to give me a estimate and worked with us throughoutthe entire process. I couldn't be happier with the results. Their professionalism was evident from the start, with clear communication and a thorough understanding of the project. Chase answered all my questions and I'm sure I made it difficult especially showing him the other quotes. He proved to me why they were better and I agreed. Not only did they address all of my concerns, but they also completed the job in record time, exceeding my expectations. I had a time crunch do to my insurance company dropping us and they made it happen. I highly recommend Best Choice Roofing, for anyone in need of roofing services. Thank you for a job well done!" By far this is on e of the worst experiences I have gone through when changing my roof. I am a first time young homeowner and I feel like I got taken advantage because of it. Chase, the general manager that sold me the job, did not communicate with me that best choice roofing contracts another company to do the roof…THEY DONT TO THE ROOF. Best choice is basically the middleman of this whole project and which is why they charge higher than other companies so that they can get their share. Me being the young guy I did not ask “who is actually doing the roof” just cause I did not think any of it. But now I learned that I need to ask all the questions I need even if there’s a obvious answer to it. Best choice roofing was certainly not my best choice. When I was on the phone with Chade the day of the roof install, he made a statement which I don’t remember work by word, but said, “When I was talking with Juan, (the boss of the crew that best choice roofing contracted) we were talking and said we should get the non W2 workers to do the roof cause of the cost”. Me coming from parents who are immigrants and worked everyday to make a living, I found this very offensive. I am telling you now, if you are looking for a roofing contractor, hire someone that actually does the roof. Not like these guys who get another contractor to do it for you. PLEASE DONT CONTRACT THESE GUYS!!!!!Best choice roofing contracted Juan’s Roofing. Go with those guys directly and don’t pay the extra thousands of dollars that I did.

I highly recommend Best Choice Roofing Gulf Coast/Lucian Reyes and look forward to the next project. After speaking with several roofing contractors it was refreshing to meet Best Choice Roofing Gulf Coast. BCR Gulf Coast provided a clear detailed inspection report of all aspects of the roof replacement rather than only giving me a proposal of work, material and cost. The report highlighted defects that were not overtly visible with repair recommendations; as well as, the visible defects and repairs that were needed.Lucian Reyes, BCR Gulf Coast, was the only company to offer options in materials and price points for my roof replacement. Other vendors provided one product and the installation cost for that product. The collaboration with BCR Gulf Coast throughout the whole process resulted in a finished project that provided a refreshing appearance to my home.Bill Ramey
