Warning to home owners! Better don't let this guy set foot into your house. Totally incompetent, does not have right tools to do the job, completely negligent in plumbing. New kitchen faucet he installed today was installed crooked, he did not even clean the area underneath, just set it in dirt and after his installation the faucet leaks at the base. See video attached. He thought the job was finished. The plumbing to the bathroom sink he supposedly finished today leaks in 3 places. He left water on the bottom of the bathroom vanity and called it a day. See video attached. The new door we left for him to install was cut in a wrong place and he tried to conceal the damage with drywall spackle!!! and did not tell us. The way he cuts out the hinge recess is a joke, see picture attached. We left 2 pieces of plywood to change 2 bottom cabinet decks, he did a horrible "job" and tried to manipulate me into thinking that I was unreasonable. He grabbed water based paint that did not belong to the property, clearly marked it was NOT for the property, and tried to cover up his botched job without first prepping the wood and without using primer. Baldie smeared that paint all over the plumbing and electric like they are supposed to get painted. Left the job site, and called it finished. And after all that he even had the audacity to send me an invoice. OMG! I relied on previous positive reviews posted when I decided to let this baldie to do repairs at the property and judging by the real results of his "workmanship" I am posting here, all of those reviews are fake.

Chris was very timely, from his initial response to completing the project. We needed consultation on repairing or removing a backyard pergola. He gave various options and other ideas. We chose to have it removed and he and his crew did so very efficiently, and with a final bill less than originally quoted. I would absolutely use him again for other at home projects.
