I worked with Doug for flooring needs in my home and cannot thank him enough for all his help! He is friendly, professional, and was always willing to go out of his way to help me from start to finish. I love my stair runner and area rug, they look great and are holding up SO well to pets, kids, and high traffic areas. It was a really positive experience.... highly recommend!

Poor customer service! I'm Asked this company to please help. They left. vm indicating that they didnt do. My shower. Builder said they did. After several attempts ( left vm, called every day) I return call with this guy named Doug. No returned call. The receptionist has indicated he's working remote. Obviously he's not! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY DO A BOTCHED JOB AND WILL. Not OWN WHAT THEY DID!

Poor quality, doesn't get the job done right the first time, impossible to schedule repairs with. In the end, they refused to fix the job "because they didn't want to be liable for damages". Didnt understand that one...This was only for 4 uneven tiles in the restroom. Luckily, this was all communicated to me from my builder so they sent out someone else from another contracting company who got the job done the following day in 2 hours. I wouldn't recommend Cornelius Contracting, they will talk nice and be friendly, but when it comes down to getting things done, I wouldn't count on it.Service: Install flooring

Gave a quote and expected me to pay 100% down with no indication on when the work would be done plus contract verbiage showed that there would be recourse for me in the event quality was not met or if they would come back to complete the work given that they got all my money. Every other contractor would ask for 20 to 30% down which is the standard. Add to it when I called the office and talked to Katherine, she said the down payment is 50% but it is dependent on sales person.Unfortunate for them...

These men have a heart of gold. Had a blow out on the highway pulling a camper and these men not only came out to help change the tire the also let us turn around on the property. Need more people in the world like this!
