Great experience from start to finish. Our salesman Gabe went over all the details and answered any questions we had. Once the custom windows were ready the crew arrived and took only 1 day to complete. The project manager was thorough and went over all the operations. Windows look great and we are happy we went with black frames. Definitely recommend!

Them: Tried to convince me I needed a new roof. Me: Yes, that is why you are here, I need a new roof. Them: Continued to convince me I need a new roof. 🙁 me: Yes, can you give a quote? Them: No, we took pictures that have been uploaded so that it can do the calculations. This is the part where we entertain you while we wait. Me: I don’t feel entertained. Them: blah blah blah our company has been around 14 years. Me: my roof is older than that. Them: great company blah blah blah for another 10 minutes. Asks if we think we need a new roof. Checks phone and sees that the calculations are not ready. Proceeds to fill the time with useless chatter. Me: It is time for you to go. I stand up. I’ll give you my email and you can send me the quote. Them: Stay seated as if he is going to refuse to leave. Me: Get out. Now. Them: but we have not given you a quote. Me: I noticed that. Please send it to me when it is done calculating. My impression: they use the same tactics as bad car salesmen. We were told it would last 60 to 90 minutes. Had they not been using sales tactics on us while waiting for the calculations, I probably would have given them more time. We kicked them out after 50 minutes which seemed like 2 hours.

A sales rep named Christian knocked on my door and told me about DaBella and I absolutely love what the company stands for. He also told me how beautiful a garden box would look in my kitchen and gave me an inspection and estimate. He was so kinda for looking at ways to improve my home!

I inquired through Instagram ad, a rep called me right away to schedule an estimate appointment. We had it scheduled for today at 1000. They stressed importance of being available at time of next call to collect my info. I made sure to answer every call from Da Bella schedulers. They called me the last 2 days straight and despite being at work I took their call and confirmed my address and appointment each day. The morning comes and no one calls or shows up. The number the rep told me to call for questions had message that states not assigned. Decided to call the number I received calls from and customer service is closed on weekends. Called again and chose the second option to call center and finally get through to a Tyler who stated no one is assigned but will find out more info. I asked to speak to supervisor, Mitch answered and couldn’t provide any more info then Tyler and admits they dropped the ball. Horrible first experience and last. I have a busy schedule today and I’ve already had a few estimates so I know appointments can take 60-120 min. I don’t want to risk rescheduling and making time for a company who can’t commit and show up on time. I can understand 15 min maybe even 30 if I received a call notifying of delay but here we are at 1050 and now I lost my morning and could have had another company scheduled to give me an estimate. Disappointing. Would not recommend.
