I recently had the pleasure of working with Eldridge Roofing, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. Came back to say a few words about the folks at Eldridge Roofing...I had a roof installed on my home back in 2016, but I sold that home in 2019 and moved to Colorado. Never had a single problem with that roof and when I sold the house, I knew it would be in great shape for years to come. Today, 8/15/2023...the folks at Eldridge called to invite me to a fish fry. I promptly said that if they could find a way to move their talents to the Colorado market, they'd have some cooler weather and a great fish fry here too. I was half-kidding, but since I can't attend the fish fry in Texas, and they won't move to Colorado, I thought I'd do a quick review for them. They really did a great job and I recommend the team at Eldridge if your in the market for a new roof. I'm sure they're still guided by the strong qualities that one would expect from a reputable company, even if it's been 7yrs!

I had Eldridge Roofing put a new roof on my house and deck. This is a local family business that really helps out around our town. They've been part of the Montgomery County Fair Cook Off for years.Their customer service is wonderful. It's so nice to talk to someone who is kind and knows a lot about what they're doing. They kept me updated about the work on my house from start to finish.The work they did was very good, and my contact person made sure everything was done just right. A few months later, I had a small issue, and they were quick to come out and fix it. They had a great crew that arrived on time, got our roofs replaced in a day, and they were meticulous in clean up. We did have some questions afterwards about some odds 'n ends of things, but they were gracious and helpful in coming back, checking out our concerns, answered our questions, and immediately fixed what needed to be fixed. My experience with Eldridge Roofing was very positive and I highly recommend them. Josh Barnett came and inspected my roof which had hail damage. My claim was initially denied by the insurance company. Josh Barnett explained the next step of the process and with his help I did get approval from the insurance company for a new roof. Josh came to the house and we had an hour meeting where he reviewed every step of getting a new roof. I also spoke with Bree during this process and she was always very helpful. I did have a snafu with the check from the insurance company. Rachael in account was so pleasant. She assured me that this would not affect the date we had scheduled for the new roof. On the day of the build, I met Jacob Wardlaw who was the site manager. He had established a text thread the day before and I was kept in constant contact throughout the day as to the progress of my new roof. I also received a call from Ashley Williamson, production manager, that morning checking in. At one point, I had a question about the roof debris coming from the skylight. I was assured it was normal, but Jacob was there very quickly to check it. He even insisted on cleaning up the debris. My yard was left clean as a whistle once the job was complete. My experience was positive in every aspect. My roof looks fantastic! I would recommend Eldridge to anyone for their roofing needs.

The Eldridge team took the time to explain all the options that I had for my new roof. Their roofers did an outstanding job ( very neat and meticulous). The finish product is beautiful and the install was perfect. I was so impressed with their team that I also had them blow in more insulation. I called Eldridge when I first noticed a leak in my roof. They were one of 3 roofers I called and were the only ones to properly identify that wind and hail damage was present from weather events that occurred a few months prior. Brandon helped coach me and educate me on the insurance claim process from start to finish. 24/7, there was open communication for any questions. He patiently explained the process to me 4 or 5 times in detail over the course of our experience. Without their expertise, I don't think I would have had the confidence to follow through with the claim.The day of the roof replacement was a breeze. The process occurred exactly as described in the presentation that was given prior to signing a contract.I also had them install gutters on my home and were prompt to address and resolve concerns that I had. I would recommend them to anyone who asks!

I needed my roof replaced before selling my home.. They did the job in one day and nearly every bit of debris disappeared like magic. Who would expect a roofing company to be friendly and personable? I felt like part of their family. The shingles are a good quality and the workmanship was excellent. I had to call them back for a piece of flashing for something a buyer wanted looked at, and they were out the next day. The roof looks great. I plan to use them when the time comes on my new house.

I've used Eldridge for roof repairs in the past with decent customer service. Recently, we needed roof repair after losing a few shingles, and they were quick to inspect the roof and take pictures on a Friday with a promise to call back with a quote soon. I finally received a call the following Tuesday with two option plans, yet STILL were not able to provide a monetary quote, so the representative said he would call back yet again. It has been another week with no follow-up call from anyone, so I guess they did not want to keep my business. I got another roof company to complete the repair before more rain hit us.

We have previously used Eldridge Roofing to replace our roof in The Woodlands and were VERY pleased! We recently experienced a hailstorm at a different home outside of the Houston area and were hoping Eldridge could come look at our roof and determine if there was any damage. Anson Eldridge (our previous contact) was very willing to travel over an hour to inspect our roof. As always, he was extremely friendly and courteous and performed a thorough inspection of our roof. We were extremely happy to learn that there wasn’t any damage. Anson also gave us suggestions about performing periodic inspections to help maintain our roof. Although a two hour round trip did not result in a roofing job for the company, Anson was super and it reinforced to us that they are an honest and trustworthy company. We will continue to use this company and recommend it to everyone!
