After a heavy rain, I noticed spots on my ceiling. Tyler came out within a day or two for the estimate and always responded quickly to texts.The new roof took maybe six or seven hours.In addition to the new roof, they redid a part of the top siding that was rotting out, removed a useless gutter, cleaned the dirty skylight, and painted the rusted chimney cap.Service: Roof installation

He not only took care of the hassles of my insurance but he also took care of the removal and installation of my solar panels. My original solar company went bankrupt so needless to say, Seth was a God Send in finding another option.I had water damage from rain in the inside of my home and Seth took the time and coordinated with a contractor to repair my ceilings.All the workers did an amazing job and everything went flawlessly. A truly a professional Roofing Contractor. Kamrin Lindberg performed a detailed survey of the damage caused by the tree and quoted for the structural work along with roof replacement. All the other Contractors just quoted me the roof replacement and didn't have the experience to quote accurately the structural work. Fitz Roofing quote was very competitive compared to the others, plus they use the best roofing systems (CertainTeed), and use 6 nails/shingle, plus they give a free Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. Kamrin was very responsive, and truly cared about his work. The roofing crew are very experienced and performed the work in a timely manner. Structural repairs were done first, then the roof replacement. The crew always left the roof weather protected and did a great job of cleaning up and made every effort to protect shrubbery/night lights/AC Unit/windows. I could tell they take pride in their work, which I truly respect. I would definitely recommend Fitz Roofing. Fitz Roofing to the RESCUE!! Had an unused satellite dish rip out of our roof one random day leaving a hole you could stick your arm through. Found Fitz Roofing through a reference on Facebook and couldn't be more impressed! Jamie Cruse came through in the clutch and the guys came and repaired the roof quickly and efficiently. They made sure that the shingles matched exactly and you would never be able to tell there was a gaping hole there just hours before this. We used Fitz Roofing to replace a roof on an attached 3-story townhouse in March 2022. Tyler was very responsive from our first call to Fitz. They repaired a roof for me in 2016-2017. At that time, they installed the new roofing with a drip edge and shingles that were flush with the fascia on my house. As the company came highly recommended I did not question the work.Flash forward to 2022, the rotboard and fascia is rotting. I have been informed by contractors that the shingles should hang over the edge of the house. Fitz roofing blamed it on the house having rotboard and that it's an old house. When I asked why that wasn't accounted for during the roof repair/installation - I was met with no response. Just an estimate to repair the damage and install another NEW drip edge and remove the rotboard - costing more time and money to fix the problem.EDIT 8/5/2022:added pictures where shingles do not over hang the eaves(oddly it does in some places and not in others, very inconsistent). This is in several places around the house. I could add pictures of other houses in the area that are old and have shingles that overhang the eaves - so the idea that the house is old just doesnt fly.Gutter company said that if the shingles do not overhang the edges, then even with gutters added the water will wick back towards the housJob was done poorly. Response from owner even poorer.
