There are not enough stars!!! We couldn't be more pleased with our new bathroom. Frank and his team are wonderful to work with. From planning to clean up, they are great! Frank understood our needs for a bathroom that meets the needs of aging parents. He made sure all areas were accessible to them as the job progressed. They always showed up on time, cleaned as they went. They went above and beyond. We truly have a bathroom that is HGTV worthy! Thank you Frank and team for a job well done!!!!!

We recently had Glenmar Construction to do some home improvement and remodeling in our house. I can’t tell you how happy we are. This is a family-owned business that takes great pride in what they offer. They are thorough, detailed, and customer-oriented. The entire project was so clean, every day they took great care of our home as they worked. We sincerely thank the person that recommended Glenmar to us; we choose the right company and hope to have them back for other projects! One of our Deacons recommended Frank to give us a bid on painting the trim on our church. Frank had done some remodeling on his house which two other contractors had attempted and failed to complete. Frank gave us a bid but recommended we wait on the painting as the roof was past due to be replaced. We asked for a bid for both. His bid was the most competitive of several bids and the strong recommendation by our Deacon sealed the decision. Frank agreed to replace the rotten fascia boards. He replaced ALL of the fascia boards with Fiber Cement trim even though MOST of the wood was not rotten. He went the second mile. He wanted all of the boards to be uniform as he was also putting up gutters. His work is almost complete and I am very pleased. He is conscientious in his work and considerate of the hard times people have been going through. He strives for perfection and satisfaction along with fairness. I recommend him joyfully.

My house and roof were damaged by a hailstorm and after shopping around decided to go with Glenmar Construction LLC based on a reference and because they are a local business. I am glad that I chose them because they helped me out with the whole claims process and were there to answer any questions that I had before, during and after the installation was completed. And one more thing they were never pushy. HIGHLY recommend.
