I recently had an unexpected issue with a leak in my living room, which was quite distressing. The cause was the inclement weather we've been having lately. In my search for a quick solution, I called Hauk Roofing and was pleasantly surprised when they scheduled a same-day visit within just a few hours.When Corey, the representative from Hauk Roofing, arrived, he was both professional and courteous. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and discovered that the leak was due to debris accumulation. Corey then proceeded to clean out the debris himself. What really stood out to me was his honesty. After the inspection, he suggested that the best course of action would be to wait for the next heavy rain to see if the problem was fully resolved, rather than pushing for immediate, costly repairs.This level of honesty and professionalism is rare and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Hauk Roofing for their quick response, effective service, and most importantly, their integrity. I appreciate Jason’s honesty. I had him out for inspection of a 9 year old roof. My husband was nervous that “inspection” meant he’d recommend a roof. Hauk did an absolutely stunning job on my new roof and gutters. The first time I met Corey I knew he was a man of honor. He inspected my roof and told me everything that needed to be done. There were no upsell tactics at all He explained in detail what would be done by the installers. He kept in contact me throughout the process of filing an insurance claim and even met with insurance adjuster and went up on the roof with him to show several places that were especially damaged. We set the install date and by the end of that day, I had a beautiful new roof He also helped me pick out a paint color that would be used on pipes and chimney The very next day the gutters were replaced Corey visited my house several times during roof installation to make sure things were going smoothly As far as a mess, great care was taken to protect my plants, grass and driveway When roofers left, there was no evidence that anything had been disturbed Every piece of trash was picked up and they used magnet rollers to find stray nails You will not find a company with more honesty, integrity and professonialism than Hauk RoofingServices: Gutter installation, Roof installation
