Very professional, punctual and quick! I had a tree limb come thru my living room ceiling, they came out quickly and gave me an estimate nobody could beat and scheduled repairs for the following day. Showed up on time and repaired my roof very quickly! I'll be using them to replace my roof when the time comes!

John has been wonderful ! He has met with two insurance adjusters for us and helped me make a list for them. He came out on a Saturday to help clear a walkway for the adjuster to inspect the damaged items. Today he brought the plumber by to fix the problems that we had from the last freeze. He will be doing a remodel on our house in the very near future. This company has been very easy to work with and they go above and beyond. I am glad they were referred to me by a friend and I would definitely refer them to anyone!!

Phenomenal customer service!We had a roof leak that we were worried was going to be a huge deal, but thankfully I found the right company to help us!I called on a Friday afternoon, John came out for an assessment and estimate Saturday morning (fortunately it was just an issue with the chimney flashing and an interior drywall repair), he got us the estimate Saturday afternoon, and he offered to do the work Sunday morning. This was a huge relief, especially since the forecast said it would be raining Monday.They were on time for the estimate and the work, got the work done right away, and also helped answer some other questions we had.I also want to add that their estimate, invoicing, and payment processes made the experience even more convenient. They accept several different payment methods, including Venmo and bank drafts, and everything was done online, so I have electronic records, which I appreciate.I'm really glad we found a trustworthy business to help us take care of our home repair needs and definitely hope to hire them again in the future and I absolutely recommend JC to others.

My google nest thermostat started having issues showing an E103 error with y1 cooling wire. I was stuck without AC the whole night and with two small kids it was rough. Next morning I reached out to John (highly reffered on my neighborhoods FB page!) and writhin a few hours he had a technician there ( on Good Friday!!), diagnosed issue, went out of way to go buy part (bad contractor) and fixed my issue before 5pm.The technicians were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything so I can understand what I’m paying for and why. It was an awesome experience and I HIGHLY recommend John for not just AC issues, but ALL home repair issues as he is an excellent contractor!

The master bathroom in our home did not have a door in the master bath to create what some call a water closet. Even though the toilet is tucked away, there is not much privacy without a door. John and his team did a great job framing a door to fill that space, and it has greatly increased the usability of the mater bathroom! Using JC's Residential Roofing and Remodeling was the best decision we have ever made! We moved into our home and realized there were missing gutters! John had the missing gutters installed within days of our request and they. matched the ones already installed beautifully! We also needed more cabinets in our home than the previous owners had, and we couldn't ask for better quality and workmanship than what was provided. We are totally loving the improvements he made to our home. His plumber also installed our new faucet in our kitchen. I needed someone to repair my hardi plank boards along my outside wall that was bad do to a leaking shower pan. After my bathroom remodel I needed someone fast and experienced. We contracted with JC Residential based upon glowing reviews we saw on Facebook within the neighborhood group. John was super responsive and always communicated what to expect and when to expect it.We had a vision for what we wanted in a backyard patio expansion and when we met with John, he took our idea and prepared a detailed quote and when we received it, John worked with us to remove scope to find a space that matched our budget and desires (as it turns out large brick fireplaces are much more expensive than someone outside of construction would guess). With the agreed upon scope of work, we made our initial payment the day before construction began and then there was a whirlwind of cement being poured, the patio being framed, electric lines run, trim work, and roofing.In the span of two weeks we went from having the as build backyard to having a completely finished outdoor space that has completely redefined our home and how we enjoy it.Over the course of construction, the only expansions to the original scope was the inclusion of guttering all around the house and a light in our pantry (because for some reason the original builder decided against that...). The changes to scope were clearly communicated with the impacts on cost and duration. I recently used JC's Residential Roofing & Remodeling for two jobs. Job #1 was to repair a large ceiling hole & re_texture area to match. I am extremely pleased with all elements of the repair. The workmanship is fantastic and exceeded my expectations! Not only was John responsive to my questions and concerns, but during his progress inspection he saw that I had lost all insulation in one area, so he went above and beyond by returning with insulation to fill the void!!Job #2 was a roof replacement. They did such a great job on my daughter's steep roof that I hired them to replace a roof on one of my properties in Old Town Spring.The crew was friendly but professional...they seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. And the owner, John, was onsite from start to finish making sure the crew had everything they needed to complete the job to my satisfaction.John has great instincts and ideas --- and knows how to implement them. He suggested a renovation on my 35-year-old gazebo: replaced rotted wood, painted, and installed a gorgeous new roof. Approximate date of repair-10/2018Our roof was replaced in a timely manner. Clean up after was done quickly, and I think I found about 10 nails. I had to call because some nails were coming up-this was about 6 months after roof was replaced. No arguments-they were out the next morning.I notice a roof leak about 3 years later. I called. Trust me, look no further.Let me start with how after inspecting my roof, John took the time to explain what damages he noticed, what the process of the roof replacement would be, and what his suggestions were.He also pointed a few other things that were of concern and explained why they needed to be taken care of. He was the only one who actually did that.He gave me a very reasonable quote and this is the only company that accepts payment plans;)On the day of my roof installation, his crew was on time and worked diligently to get the job done. It began to rain at one point, but they resumed working after it stopped. They were able to install my roof in one day. The roof looks amazing! They also made sure to clean up and leave everything the way they found it. Professional beyond measure.Oh and during the process, a part of my ceiling in the master bedroom fell and they took care of that too without hesitation!This company is a blessing! We purchased a home earlier this year, and we knew that it was due for a roof and for a water heater. Unfortunately for us, Covid19 hit, and that was not good for our finances. The estimates that we got were just plain out of our price range. My neighbor who had recently had his roof done, recommended that I try JC's Residential Roofing. Good thing that he did, and for a couple of reasons. Our roof started to leak and my water heater started making noise, and I was going to have to get both done, sooner rather than later. I shared my budget with John from JC's (he is the owner) and he was not only able to get both the water heater and new roof (not to mention the leaky skylight) taken care of for me, but he went above and beyond. He installed a larger water heater, a better quality roof, and also did some extra things for me that were needed, and all within my budget. His price for everything that he did for me was less than the previous quote that I had been given, for the roof alone. As a first time owner, I had plenty of questions for him, and he really took the time to explain things to me that I needed to know, even about other things in my house (he does more than just roofs, so I had some other issues that I wanted to know about). After my experience with JC'S I will definitely recommend them. Service was perfect, done in less then 1 day, and for less than what it should have costed, I am sure. I can sleep soundly now with the new roof over my head, and my new, upgraded water heater. Call JC's, you wont go wrong.
