Do not use this man ifor residential work!He has so many excuses not to finish what he starts. Does not have the right hoses to connect garbage disposal to DW. He has them at home in his garage. I have waited since 2023 in April. Comes back this passed Saturday 7/16 to redo tile n " forgets the cutting machine".Another excuse. He says he fired his team they are no shows I said so are you! then he hurt his back I gave him names of spine doctors do not go to drs does not have the money . I paid him to replace sheet rock in my kitchen n garage plus work for the tile that he has not finished he received $700 in M.O. $200 to do the garbage disposal n connect 3 bathroom sinks. I gave him another $100 cash for coming back after 6 weeks ( his back was out). He did work on my roof covered area where he believed wasps were coming into the firewall ( how much could that cost)? He got $1000.From me and I still have two open ceilings garbage disposal not connected to DW n bathroom tile not grouted April 2023. Its July. He did give me very good prices and what he asked for but he does not finish the work. He doe not come out alone I think the hired help he may pick them up by home depot because he has no permanent workers. I have my photos of his unfinished work already paid him. I'm taking him to court.

The owner Richard promised to install the iron fence in a matter of two weeks. The crew got started, demolishing the existing wood fence, but then didn't show up to work for several weeks. After calling them, I learned that the owner's father was ailing in Mexico, and out of sympathy, I agreed to continue to wait for the completion of the fence. After several week, with a back yard full of debris, I insisted that they remove it. They removed all materials and never came back. I ended up with $2,100 less, and no fence. It the owner sees this message, please contact me for a refund, or to get the project finished.Service: Ornamental iron fence design & installation
