I needed a full roof replacement and a special repair for a patio extension. After exhaustive research and surveys I had six different companies give me estimates. Alex Reyes with North American won the bid based on his thorough and fast communication, as well as working with me to be competitive with my other bids while not sacrificing on the time and materials to make sure the job was done right. In fact, he was so confident in the end product that no payment was taken until I was fully satisfied with the finished job. That says a lot right there as trust is very important in a big investment. As far as speed, the estimate was done the day I first contacted him and the roof was done that week. They did a great job repairing our roof after a hail storm and then again a year and half later after a Category 5 Hurricane! The price was wonderful and it’s an absolutely wonderful roof. It survived Category 5 winds and was replaced only because of tree and debris damage. Excellent roof and Raul was wonderful to work with. He helped fight for us with our insurance company! your company should be ashamed!!Price Gouging Beware! I had to run this guy and this company out of my parents properties in Thibodaux. He gave initial, high quotes for temporary patch work to several of our roofs. Many spots totally unnecessary. He put one 4x4 patch on one roof which took 5 min and said $575. If this guy or company comes to your house, I don’t recommend using. We are all aware of these out of town people trying to take advantage of people effected by Ida. Ask lots of questions, get insurance and license documents. Report these people!

North American repaired a section of my flat roof in 2019 and provided a 3 year warranty. Less than a year later it leaked again. They were quick to come out and repair it but left the job unfinished. The roofer replaced the section of TPO that was originally repaired in 2019 and did some chalking of some siding - the roofer told me the original TPO repair was faulty but he wanted to caulk to ensure no additional leaks. The unfinished work was mostly cosmetic (paint) but still not a complete job. I never received a statement of work for the warranty work completed. I called my direct contact’s cell phone every week for 2 months with no reply. I also called the office twice with no response. The roof is leaking again and I am going to utilize a different company due to the lack of communication North American provided. Also note that North American doesn’t seem to do the work themselves, it is all subcontracted.Service: Roof repair

They coordinated with us and the plumbing company so that all could be addressed at the same time, and the plumbing company could sign off on the code specifications.
