I had my Gutters replaced. I had contacted 3 companies and by far I was happy with this company . The owner Joseph came out early morning to check on his team came during the day to few their progress and came again when they were finish with their work.. The Crew was extremely professional and cleaned up everything. They did a great Job. Trust me when I say that many times especially being a women companies trying to take advantage assuming we can't do our own research. I NEVER felt this with Positive Impact. They told me what was needed and why. Joe also told me to contact him for anything that I felt like needed to be checked.The same day they installed the new Gutters it rained and I could tell the difference it was like day and night. I don't like reviews but felt very strongly that I needed to take the time to write this one. If you need your Gutters replaced or installed I could not recommend Positive impact Roofing more or anything you need to get done of all the services they do trust this company 1000% Im extremely happy and pleased with their work.

Joseph was absolutely wonderful in every way. After I discovered a leak in a bedroom I called him at 5:59pm after a panicked google search — his business hours were until 6pm — and he was at my place climbing through the attic insulation and on the roof by 6:15pm. In the pouring rain! He patched me up and came back two days later to double check that everything was as he expected after we had more rain. I hope I have the opportunity to work with this company again — I can’t possibly say anything but truly wonderful things!Service: Roof repair

Did a great job. Swarmed all over it and got it done. When they left I think the yard/driveway was cleaner than when they arrived. Had some additional repairs that ended up being needed and was not gouged like some contractors would do. Talked about gutters and was advised on the more economical approach rather than "oh yeah, we need to gutter up this whole place with carbon fiber gutters that haven't been invented yet but you can pay for it". Hehe. I crack myself up. Very pleased with the end result.Service: Roof installation

Had an issue with my roof during the sale of my home. Even though Joseph wasn’t able to resolve my issue, (no one could) he was the first to take the time to talk to me about options that I had and steps to take.
