Started with a free estimate that detailed material that will be used, the work that will be done and the warranty and the time it will take to finish the job. It was on time and professional. I have a shared roof with my neighbors, he worked with both insurance companies, and HOA. it was a long process, bus Sam knew about insurance rules and worked with roof inspectors and insurance adjustors. Sam provided excellent professional advice, took measures and dimensions using new modern technology and drone photos, and was there when roof inspectors was there, took pictures, and prepare are port explain in detail the problem with the roof supported with photos, He was on time, very thorough in his inspection and explanation of the roof replacement process.He went above and beyond to earn my business. Sam knows roofing. Didn’t cut any corners and made sure to do quality work. He has his clients’ best interests in mind. Had a big crew come out to knock out 2 big roofs in one day. He was incredibly responsive, always kept me in the loop with the project and his team were hard-working and diligent.He found the right color, order it, and delivered. His crew got o project about 7:00 AM and finished in the same day. His crew came out and completed the job in a timely manner. Sam and his crew showed on time and went straight to work. At 4:30 afternoon they were finished installing 2 roofs. When they left you couldn't even tell they had been here. Well besides the new roof and it looks amazing. Also another plus they clean up everything and haul off and you can’t even tell they were ever here except for the amazing roof .We are very happy with our new roof. The entire experience was great from the start. Thank you for the professional work that has been done. I am fully satisfied and highly recommend it to anyone who has a problem with his roof. Quality Roofing installed a new roof for me this week. They were here as scheduled and completed the work in one day. Sam was very helpful throughout the process. He sent me roof photo updates as they worked showing progress and issues they encountered. I was hesitant about my color choice and he came back days after my shingles were delivered with additional sample colors and was more than willing to return them and get the color I wanted.
