Rayford Roofing replaced my roof a few days ago. Anthony and Tanner were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Project Manager Anthony conducted the initial roof review and found damage. As AAA conducted their insurance review, Anthony was present and available for questions. As the roofers began work, Anthony was onsite the entire project. Tanner on the other hand handled the logistics and coordinating with insurance and solar panel company for removal and replacement. Honestly, now days it is a real pleasure to work with a professional company that can be trusted. Keep up the good work you guys; it doesn't get much better than this...Henry

I must say, I genuinely wish there was a 6th Star option. Contractors in general have a really bad reputation, and often for good reason. I had lost over $16K to a crooked roofing company just before I connected with Guardian, so I was super cautious and reluctant about getting burned again. That said, I’m happy to report my experience with Guardian Roofing was truly a pleasure. Everyone from their sales team, to the project manager, to each crew member working on my house was kind and impressively professional. They were a big enough operation to have all the resources needed to do a excellent job with replacing my roof, and since they are still a growing company they treated my roof like it wasn’t “just another project” so my interaction with them was very personalized. They gave great attention to detail and I could tell they actually cared about doing the job right. Everyone went above and beyond. They were impressively responsive to my questions, concerns and requests. The only thing that went “wrong” in the whole process was that the manufacturer had delivered some of the wrong materials. Even so, the project manager went and picked up the correct materials himself so the crews didn’t miss a beat and they still finished the entire roof in one day (including clean up). Speaking of clean up: I have little kids that play in the yard, so it meant a lot to me to see them do such a good and thorough job in that respect. They picked up every little scrap of trash and I literally saw them thoroughly comb the yard with big magnets to get all the nails (at least 5 different men each passed over the whole yard looking for nails with the magnets -including the project manager and even the sales guy showed up to help). As I said, working with the wrong contractor can be an absolutely horrific experience, which is why I’m happy to do my part in writing this review to help people find the right resource…I believe Guardian Roofing IS the right resource and I wish them all the success as they continue to bless other people’s homes with their superb service.Service: Roof installation

Had a damaged roof due to hail, Rayford roofing came out with the insurance adjuster and did a full inspection of my roof. After the insurance company approved the full replacement I made the appointment to replace my roof and it only took Rayford roofing 1 full day to complete the entire roof replacement. After using several roofing companies in my 67 years I was not looking forward to finding another one to replace my roof. Too many bad experiences.Not anymore. Guardian Roofing not only gave me a competitive price but also did everything they said they would do. They replaced all my vents, turbines, flashing, and anything that was worn or damaged.I am not easy to please so knowing these guys did a great job on my roof deserves a 5 star rating. I met Tanner after Hurricane Harvey when he knocked on my door asking if I wanted a free roof inspection. My husband and I had him out the next week, and he took pictures of damage on the roof. We decided to file a claim and he helped us through the process.Long story short, we got a new roof from wind damage from Harvey. Very very happy with the service and I recommend them.

This company rocks! They have great customer service, and are checking in throughout the whole process all the time. Everyone I have dealt with at this company has been very professional, yet personable enough that you would feel comfortable talking with them about something other than your roof.On the construction, they went above and beyond in any way they could, and as another reviewer stated, they understand the insurance process and how to make it work for the customer (me).I would have NO HESITATION to pick up the phone and call these guys if I needed another roof in Houston.

I had a very unusual request when I found this company online and spoke with Anthony. After calling in and speaking with him, Anthony came out to my house and took a look at my roof. I had an old gross tile roof that has been up there for over 40 years. It was leaking in 3 places and needed to get replaced. I was not interested in doing any more tile. So after doing the inspection I explained to Anthony that I had no interest in any more tile. He gave me a proposal for a new shingle roof. I agreed and we moved forward the following week. Anthony was there every day overseeing everything and answering my questions. I met Ricky also, the crew leader, who was wonderful. I am a very nervous person and if I say that I felt comfortable that means a lot. Thank you Anthony and I recommend you to everyone

I got a estimate for a repair for a leak in my garage. They recommended I use my insurance to help get my roof changed. They performed the repair free of charge for me and file the insurance work. It took a few weeks but I ended up getting money for my roof and got the whole thing changed out! Very nice!

Timothy helped repair my roof in 2017. Since then we had a hail storm and I immediately called Timothy knowing I could use my insurance to get a new roof if there was any damage. He came out and did an inspection and sure enough found hail damage. A month later I am looking at a beautiful brand new roof! Thank you Timothy

In the Fall of last year after Harvey, we were in need of a new roof. Tanner came to the house and impressed my wife with his knowledge experience and his manners, not an easy task. When I began to ask more technical questions he had the answers right off the top of his head. He didn't have to look it up ask someone else or check a book. When the crew showed up Tanner was the first to arrive and the last to leave. He handled everything from meeting the insurance adjuster to dealing with the HOA to expediting the check. You may only put one roof on one house in your lifetime, call Tanner and get it right the first time!!!

Discovered that my roof is not the right slope for shingles. The other roofers were quick to give me an estimate but did not notice that my roof was not steep enough for shingles and that was the reason I had leaks. They pay attention to detail and we're very helpful

Was getting multiple quotes to re-roof my rental property in Spring. Anthony came out and sat down with me. Told me he could not give me a quote until he got on the roof because there may be issues with the wood, and he would have to feel the roof and see exactly what was wrong. I thought this was very professional. He came back the next day with a quote which was reasonable. After getting several others I decided to go with Anthony. He showed up during the job and said hello too. I was very anxious but he was very professional. Made the whole thing easier than I thought it was going to be.
