We have a 20 plus year old roof that RCI put on. Just finished the second roof tune-up by RCI both at a reasonable cost. We had heavy rain the last few days and I noticed a leak into the soffit but no evidence of going into the house. I called Steve Landreth the tune-up master from RCI. He came out the next day, took a look at the area, found a broken shingle, and patched it up at no additional cost. Steve knows his business and I am very happy with his work

Steve Landreth and his crew at R.C.I. Roofing repaired our under 10 year old roof in order for our new home owner's insurance company to accept us as new policy holders. Our new insurance company required a written document from R.C.I. Roofing. Steve did just that and included before and after photographs to the new insurance company. We needed to find another insurance company because our old insurance company is no longer doing business in Texas. Steve at R.C.I. Roofing got us what we needed and did the work in a very short amount of time. Thank you.

Our story started on the night of June 21, 2023 when a storm whipped through Houston with 97 mph winds (stronger than Hurricane Ike) and knocked a 100 ft pine onto our house.I have used RCI Roofing many times in the past. But, this time was different. My family and I have been struggling financially and when Raul Ibarra, the owner of RCI Roofing, heard about our plight, he swooped in and took care of our problem.The very next morning, the humongous tree was removed and later that day the roof was tarped. Next, the glass guy came to measure out the broken window. Now, less than a month after the storm, my roof is fixed including the soffits.At every phase of the project, Mr. Ibarra was personally at our house ensuring the quality of workmanship.I can't say enough about how great a company RCI Roofing is. I research contractors of all kinds in advance, and RCI Roofing stood out as an excellent company to take a chance on to give me an honest evaluation of my roof and estimate of a replacement. Eddie was great about answering all my questions in a timely manner, and he worked directly with my insurance company as needed to get all the paperwork submitted and approvals done quickly. Everyone involved showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. We've had several good rains since then, and so far so good! We had a new roof installed at our home in The Woodlands 4 years ago which included a 5 year "no-leak" guarantee. We developed a leak overnight in the garage and called RCI. The response from Jesse at RCI was immediate and he came to the house 2 hours later. His inspection was meticulous and extremely thorough, both inside the roof and then climbing up on top. Turns out there was a significant collection of debris at a choke point causing the water to dam up and overflow through the roof itself. Despite this, and waaay over and above, Jesse cleaned all of the debris without any hesitation, not only from the area causing the leak but other spots on the roof as well. In todays times service like this is extremely rare and unusual and we are extremely appreciative. 10 Stars to RCI Roofing if we could and absolutely outstanding customer service....!!!

We have had two roofs installed by RCI Roofing to our total satisfaction.In June, 2000, RCI Roofing Co. installed an Elk Prestique roof on our home. In the 23 years since RCI installed that roof, we never had a leak. After Hurricane Ike in 2008 and Hurricane Harvey in 2017, insurance adjustors checked the roof for potential damages and found none. In fact, they told me that the roof was of excellent quality. Our neighbor who is a skilled handyman, checked the roof a few months ago and told me that there was no need to replace or repair it.At the same time, I am well aware that the average age of roofs in the Houston area is 20 years and was concerned enough to have RCI come back to also inspect the condition of the 23 year old roof. Raul Ibarra, the company owner inspected the roof, taking photos, and found one nail had risen up and that, where sections of the roof joined, the ridge shingles were worn.Due to my concern for the increasing intensity of Gulf Coast hurricanes, I was still open to replacing the roof, though Mr. Ibarra told me that there was no immediate need to replace it. Nonetheless, if I wanted to replace the roof now, he offered me at a very reasonable price, in my opinion, a higher quality GAF Timberline High Definition Z roof with a Golden Pledge 25/30 year one-time transferable warranty, should we choose to sell our house.Due to personal circumstances, we had a very limited time frame to complete the roof replacement. Mr. Ibarra expedited the replacement, which was completed within days of signing the contract. The crew was meticulous in cleaning up the yard and driveway upon completing the job, using magnetic instruments to pick up all the left over nails. After the crew left, I found a grand total of 3 nails in the lawn which the magnets had failed to pick up.As indicated above, this is the second roof that RCI Roofing has installed for me to my total satisfaction. I have recommended them to several neighbors who have inquired and will be happy to continue recommending them to anyone who wishes to inquire.Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation

Quick! Call for a quote. They came out, did an inspection, had a quote within a day or so. We were told what to expect and when to expect it. All was done with no problems. I like the fact that everything was laid out for us at the beginning and there were no surprises once they started.
