I am very happy with the service and quality work that we received on our home from Restoration Roofing and Remodeling. We needed to get our roof replaced due to hail damage and They came out and did a free inspection and helped with the insurance adjuster. The work was completed quickly and according to our schedule and the guys did a great job with picking up all the debris. They placed tarps over our pool and ensured no debris managed to get in the pool and did an excellent job cleaning up before they left. The roofers were very polite and made sure to not damage any of the shrubs or flowerbeds. I would definitely recommend RRR for a replacement roof. Casey was our project manager and he was excellent! RRR came to our rescue after a tornado danced through the trees in Kingwood. Large pine trees were twisted, downed, and heavy branches became torpedoes in the wind. The roof over my studio and our garage was damaged, the ceiling was pierced and 6 rafters literally broke in half. It was a mess!Richard’s team assessed the damage and knew just what to do, how to do it and when. And they advised us on insurance related matters when we needed it. Coordination between carpentry and roofers was essential, as the work was divided into roof removal, damaged wood removal, roof replacement, and finally carpentry and paint.The work was completed in a professional, well-choreographed way and was finished on time. The job site was kept clean, so disruption to our schedule was minimal. Office personnel were prompt and professional and were always pleasant to talk to.We appreciated working with the team and would definitely call on them again, whether for a storm-related restoration or for a renovation.
