I called Roof top solution spoke to the owner Stephen let him know my concerns with my roof from storm damage he said he would have his salesman close to my area named Chris reach out to me. With in minutes I got a call from Chris who set an appointment. Chris came out took videos and pictures submitted to the insurance. After a few weeks insurance didn’t want to repair my whole roof 😡 I reached out to Chris and he came back out took more pictures and videos. Chris was patient with my frustration with the insurance and help me continue to fight my claim.Happily after 6 months of fighting Chris got my whole roof approved to be replaced.Scheduled appointment and now my roof is completed.The gentleman whom did the repairs did a great job, cleaned up and left no mess.I will definitely be recommending Roof Top Solution to other people!Thank you for a Great experience!!

Just wanted to drop a quick note about my experience with Rooftop Solutions, especially after the nightmares I've had working with roofers in the past. Jeff was recommended to me by a neighbor, and I’m glad I followed through. My roof needed some work, and I was dreading the whole process b/c of what what I noted at the beginning of this review.They made it easy, explaining everything clearly and providing options without any pressure. The team that came out was friendly and kept the place tidy, which my wife really appreciated (most importantly her freshly planted flower bed). The project was completed on time, and the roof looks better than expected. Cheers to Jeff and his team for a job well done. 👍🏼 10/10

I recently called Jeff from Rooftop Solutions to take a look at some damage we had from a tree branch hitting our roof during a storm. I was really impressed with how quickly he got back to me and set up a time to come out. He walked me through what needed to be done and gave me a fair quote. The repair was done quicker than I expected, and you can’t even tell where the damage was. Great job to say the least!

We’ve needed a new roof since we moved in a year and a half ago. It was great working with Ben who made the process smooth and easy. He was punctual, polite, easy to work and did a great job answering all our questions and setting our expectations.When the day came for the roof to be done his team did a phenomenal job replacing the roof in one day. They started working as early as 630am and finished about 5pm. They then stayed around for another 2 hours to clean up make sure all debris had been cleared. I must say they left our yard looking even better than before they started. So happy with the new roof and with their work.Will definitely recommend them to all our friends. Thanks guys!

We had some room damage with the recent storm that passed though Kingwood and Chris Suarez from Rooftop Solutions did a phenomenal job replacing our damaged roof caps/vents.Not only did he do an assessment of the damage, he also put a temporary tarp on the roof until it was fixed. Our last roofer did not do that. We had to put blankets in the addict the last time the roof was damaged.It was such a different experience with Rooftop Solutions. I felt like we were charged a fair amount and we got excellent work. I even went on the roof to look for myself — although I’m not a Roofer — but you can see that Chris took a lot of pride in making sure he did quality work.Would I recommend Rooftop Solutions to a friend or family? Yes.You guys need to give Chris a raise. He was really excellent and explained all the work he did well.Thank you Chris.

After a recent weather incident, the roof on my “She Shed” began leaking. My neighbor had just had her home roof replaced and I asked for a referral. Wow, they gave a raving review about a knowledgeable young salesman named Alex Glaser with Rooftop Solutions. I was afraid he might not be interested in such a small job, but to my surprise, he treated me just like my neighbors whole house roof job. He promptly replied, set up the appt, found the problem, and in a couple of days the roof on my “She Shed” was all fixed. Thank you.Alex quoted 700 for 3 small leaks on a roof of my 79 year old mother's house and did not fix one of the three leaks. I called he apologized and said he would take care of it right away and now won't answer my calls or texts. Is this how your company operates? 79 year old widowed women and you're going to take her social security money without doing a very small job?

Update… owner contacted me and sent out a painter to take care of it. She did an amazing job of matching the color and now looks like nothing ever happened. Satisfied customer.I would love to give these guys a five star rating because my roof looks very good. The issue I’m having is a water spot began appearing in my ceiling about a year after the installation. I called and called, left messages and finally about a year into this (I don’t have time to hound them, nor should I have to) they sent a guy out to look at it. He discovered some flashing that wasn’t installed correctly and fixed it. When asked about the ceiling spot, he said someone would reach out and schedule a painter. Well, that’s been about six months or so, again called and called and left multiple messages that have never been responded to. I hate to have to involve an attorney, but they’re not leaving me with much choice at this point. I’m very disappointed in their service after the fact.

My roof was leaking into my bedroom and bathroom. I called 3 roofing companies. The first Company (not rooftop) came out and repaired the leak however it continued to leak. They were also very aggressive and condescending. The second one was too expensive. The 3rd company I called was Ben with Rooftop Solution. Ben came out, crawled onto the roof in the pouring rain and put a working temp repair on the problem that finally stopped the rain coming in my bedroom. Ben was very calming to work with. He NEVER pressured me to take his business or to hurry making decisions on anything. He came out gave me a quote and left it in my hands whether I wanted help from him or not. He answered all my questions right away and explained everything very well. Most people in this situation aren’t prepared to deal with all this but Ben made me feel good about my decisions from hiring him, to picking the shingle brand, color and dealing with my insurance. He went over the schedule for install day down to being right on target of how long it would take to finish. I and my two toddlers were in the house while they replaced the roof and it wasn’t terribly loud, especially with the tv on for the kids. When the guy arrive early to drop off the roofing supply’s he rang the doorbell to make sure my car was not in the garage before they blocked it which was nice however I would suggest leaving a note on the front door telling them you’ve moved your car if you don’t want them ringing the bell at 6:30am. Even the people who came afterwards to pick up the dump trailer looked around the driveway to clean and make sure no debris or nails were on the ground. Overall I’m happy with my decision to hire Ben with Rooftop Solutions to replace my roof.Services: Roof installation, Roof damage repair

We had shingles missing and a leak over our garage after a bad storm. I contacted Chris on a Sunday and he responded immediately. He was out the next day to assess the damage and give a quote. I gave rooftop solutions a call after noticing a roof leak was happening at our lake home. Mike Tanner came responded to that call and came out the next day! He was on time, professional, and got onto our roof to determine the location of the issue. He even went as far as putting a tarp over the weak area until the numbers come back! He works directly with the insurance company and makes the process so easy! I will definitely not be calling anyone else for roof inspections!
