I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! We had hail damage that we found out from our neighbors, so I had Rountree Roofing come out for a free consultation to look at our roof to see how bad the damage was and to my surprise it was significant enough that our adjuster approved us for our entire roof to be replaced. Ashley and Devin came out and took pictures, met with our adjuster and walked us through the entire process. within days of our insurance approving the claim they had their crews out to start the roof and was finished within 7 hours (including cleanup which was impeccable). They made the process a breeze and I can't recommend this company enough. If you have any roof damage or even suspect you might, I would call them in a heartbeat! Rountree roofing company made the experience of getting a new roof easy and as painless as possible. Devin from start to finish was helpful, present (on -site) knowledgeable, and informative. His team helped us with ALL the insurance forms to the very end. As a veteran I have a difficult time trusting, but I can say I don't believe that there is a more reliable, trustworthy company. Ashley and Devin came out on short notice to do a roof estimate for us because we needed it to close on our VA house loan. My mother said to me in French creole "moin ca v'oie ca c'est bon monde..." I can see these are good people... within minutes of interacting with them. Professional, caring, polite, accurate and genuine.
