they were quick on getting a bid and planning to repair, but fell off sharply in their timely responses and started talking down to me consistently. ended up waiting 5 months to have the roof removed and reinstalled. the material to have it done sat in my driveway blocking my garage for over 3 months. I called to complain and they said it should have been done already and I should go ahead and send in the check. even though all that had been done was deliver materials. after they finally had the roofers come out to do the job they discovered they under estimated the amount needed. this has resulted in over a year of back and forth with the company and my insurance and has been a huge headache.Clay Long was the representative who worked with me and I have no idea how he can stay in business, he was antagonizing and talked down to me every chance he had, including laughing at my complaints over the phone when I mentioned I was still waiting on the roofers to come and do my roof and that my driveway had been blocked for months. he also gave me a false Email address, making it impossible to follow up with him when he wouldn't answer his phone.I will never use this company again and hope this reaches someone looking into their service to save them the headache in the future.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof repair
