After a recommendation from our plumber, my husband and I consulted with All American Tile & Remodeling for a primary bedroom and bathroom remodel of our original 1976 layout, and they did not disappoint! If I could give them 6 stars, I would! We’ve been working through major home renovations for the past 3 years, so we’ve had an array of experiences engaging with a multitude of contractors in the area. So when we find an amazing one that goes above and beyond, we’re happy to share the experience.From end-to-end of the entire renovation journey with every person from the team, All American Tile & Remodeling was stellar at every step. It began with a thorough walk-through of our project, with Ry and his team, capturing all the details, provided in a quote a few days later. When the quote came out to be a bit higher than our expected budget, they worked carefully to talk through adjustments so we could still make it work with our requirements. Chad from the team was very patient and helpful in assisting with materials selection and made sure I was presented with varying options that could work within the budget and aesthetic preferences.One of the best parts about the whole experience was working with our project manager, Berlin, and his efficient and professional crew. Prior to every day of work, Berlin consistently communicated what to expect and when, and always came by to do a review of the crew’s job to ensure the work was completed correctly. And if anything additional needed to be addressed, he made sure it was taken care of until resolution. The crew worked quickly, yet maintained great craftsmanship and quality in the build. They were very detail oriented, always making sure to confirm with me nuances, such as the direction of tile layout I wanted or the height of a fixture.Having this level of communication and attention to detail from a contractor is such a rarity, and goes a long way. A water mark at the home office ceiling turned out to be a lot of water damage to the bath, closet and office. We got three estimates before AAT&R. Will (Sales) was not the least or more expensive but the most comprehensive one. He spend an hour explaining what needs to be done and given us ideas and recommendations. This company has an actual project manager. Most companies hire subcontractors that you have to supervise their crew. Eric (Project Manager) came everyday and talked to the crew and ourselves. A couple of details that I notice, were taken care us. KUDOS to Will and Eric for a job well done. I highly recommend this company.

We had a separate contractor leave us with half finished projects and the projects that were completed with done haphazardly or completely wrong. It was tiring after dealing with almost a year long rebuild from a fire. In the end we were left with nothing but mounting frustration. 3 years ago I had used All American Tile and Remodeling for a kitchen remodel and loved them. So, I hired All American Tile and Remodeling to complete at least our kitchen that was half done and gave them a really tight deadline as Thanksgiving was fast approaching. They faced a lot of challenges with what was there to fix and was left undone. I’m very detailed (almost OCD) so that posed it’s own challenges. Their crews came in and started working. Y’all, our kitchen went from looking like a handyman touched to something out of a magazine. You might be a little (or a lot) sticker shock at first but I promise you will see every penny was well spent. Our Project Manager Will always stayed in contact and there was never any breakdown in communication. Their drywall and paint lead Eduardo and his crew were amazing as well as their tile lead Wilfredo and his crew. Each crew was always on time and the work area was left cleaner than they found it.I could rave on and on about them. I would not recommend any other company other than them. They have a client for life.

We hired Allamerican Tile for a complete kitchen remodel beginning January 2022. It was a 3 month project and Allamerican Tile & Remodel did an amazing job from start to finish. Mike, the sales representative, was excellent and worked closely with us on our bid and gave us recommendations. Will was the project manager and he was responsive and courteous through the whole project. He did an excellent job of moving the project along and made sure we always had work happening everyday. The crews that came through our house were timely, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. A large portion of the project, we were not home during the day. We are just now wrapping up a shower renovation with All American Tile. My wife and I had a great experience. Will did a good job scoping out the project and giving us a fair quote. The project was well coordinated by Berlin. Berlin was flexible with the scheduling when we needed it. Jairo and Fabricio were very impressive. The shower pan and tile work turned out great. They also cleaned up every day before we left. We just completed an extensive home remodel and All American Tile was a big part of that process. They removed old tile and installed new tiling for most of the first floor as well as replacing all base moldings; added a pocket door to the master bath; extensively repaired sheet rock in multiple areas and prepped our kitchen back splash by removing old laminate and replacing it with tile backer board so we could tile the back splash ourselves. They also replaced our master bath shower, tiling both the shower and wall behind the vanity mirrors and adding a lovely seamless glass shower enclosure. I didn't know this when we first obtained bids, but they also have excellent teams that were able to replace our bedroom carpet with wood flooring as well as replace the carpet on the stairs and entire upstairs areas. We worked closely with their suppliers for carpet and wood flooring and the choices were extensive. I wish I had known this when selecting tile. I thought I had to go through a local store to get flooring but they have access to thousands of choices through their connections with local suppliers! In the end, I could not be more pleased with the final results. They worked with us closely along the way to make sure that we were happy with every aspect of job. Each of their technicians protected our safety during the COVID pandemic using masks, distancing, and safety with bathroom usage. Our site manager Eric, was close at hand throughout the entire process. He was quick to answer our questions or get the answers we needed, as well as get quick bids for unforeseen jobs that came up along the way. Their plumbing team, All the Time Plumbing, was FANTASTIC! Tom Moreno was not only highly skilled, he listened and executed our desires with flawless results. I highly recommend All American Tile for all your home remodeling needs.

We are VERY HAPPY homeowners thanks to All American Tile & Remodeling and Will.All American Tile & Remodeling did a REDO of a botch job from a previous contractor. What a difference! Very profession, clean, used their own equipment, all the guys were very sweet, polite and knowledgeable in their trade and were so easy to work with.We were doing a complete bathroom remodel and the 1st contractor was so bad and did such a lousy job that I just wanted to cry. AATR came in and it took them about 1 1/2 weeks to tear down to the studs and floorboard and rebuild a totally new bathroom from floor to ceiling. I will never, ever, use another contractor but AATR. You're TOPS in our book. WE LOVE OUR BATHROOM RENO!!!The guys we used were Chad Williams (quoted the job), Will-Project Manager (You're the BEST) Antonio/David- shower tiling, floor tiling and rebuilt our shower pan (which leaked from the previous contractor), Eduardo/Walter-sheetrock, baseboards and painting, & Alex & Oscar (fixed & patched the ceiling where the water flooded from the upper bathroom to 1st floor kitchen due to the botched job from the previous contractor). Beautiful job guys!!! We can't say THANKS enough!!!!!! :-) LOVE IT! LOVE IT! I wanted to thank the individuals at All American Tile & Remodeling that built our amazing new shower. Mike Esquivel helped us with creative ideas and material recommendations. Project manager Will Polanco was in touch with us throughout the project with quick responses and frequent updates. The tile crew Wilfredo & Kervin did fantastic work. All American was recommended by my plumber, Doug Turner, to remodel a shower stall in our master bath. We visited their showroom and picked out tile. They had good suggestions and samples for a floating bench and complementary tile for a shampoo shelf. In 30 minutes we had the materials and a start date for the work. Showed up on time (every time) for demo (super clean!) shower pan float, framing repair (termite damage). Coordinated with my plumber for drain install and re-piping. Tiled the shower perfectly (a task way way beyond a DIYer like me). Beautiful frameless glass door came in the deal too. Just great results. Recommended by our plumber to repair many drywall holes in the walls and ceilings created while trying to find leaky pipes. They were friendly, did an excellent job, and even repainted. There is no evidence of holes ever being there. They also were very careful with the rest of the house and left the work areas cleaner than when they arrived!

To make a very long story as short as possible, we had 2 separate leaks in the kitchen. The plumbers came in and fixed them, but of course they had taken out some drywall, cabinet shelves, etc.. I got several estimates to put things back, but the estimator for AATR (Will) seemed to be the most professional. While the estimate was a little higher, I went with them and I'm so glad I did. The repair team was one of the best we've ever had in our house. Cesar and Jonathan took the time to fix it right and in the end it was better than where we started. Will did a nice job synchronizing the work of the different crews as the project progressed. David and Armin did an incredible job rebuilding and tiling the shower, tub surround, and floors. All American Tile & Remodeling replaced the membrane shower pan in our master bath shower stall. The estimator provided us with a detailed estimate along with photos to show how the work was to be done. He also helped to choose a matching tile pattern to use so the shower stall wouldn't look like it had been torn apart. The installers were true craftsman, kept everything covered, cleaned up at the end of each day, very respectful and worked very hard to get the job done right. The project manager stopped by during the project to make sure the work was being done correctly. He also stopped by after all the work was complete to make sure we were satisfied. A special group of installers came in to reinstall our frame less glass door and panel that had to be removed. I would recommend All American Tile & Remodeling to anyone for the great quality of work that they do.

I would like to recommend The all American Tile and Remodeling company. They had to fix my 2 story high ceiling due to a roof leak. After their quoted price we had to wait for the roof to be replaced and then they had to wait till I was comfortable for them to come in my house during the Covid pandemic. They covered and removed furniture from my first floor. They also covered with thick plastic all of my walls which have expensive paintings and draperies. They had to bring in scaffolding with plywood to protect my floors. Not only great work but fantastic preparation and diligent workers.
