We had to replace old galvanized water pipes and the job was extensive. Luckily, we had Big Iron and their team during our reconstruction. They were a pleasure to work with and were very knowledgeable. They were able to guide us through the entire process and come up with solutions to issues along the way. Our project manager Jose was always on top of things. Luis was also very involved, helpful, and communicative. So happy with our final results and definitely recommend for any size project!

Our dishwasher leaked and caused damage to surrounding cabinets and our wood floors. Big Iron put us all back together and was a pleasure to work with. Always super responsive and had solutions for any problems that arose. They worked well with our insurance company and we love how our kitchen/main floor remodel has turned out! We found Big Iron Construction following a recommendation after burst pipe and flooding which caused extensive damage to our master, powder room and connecting walls. Jose Flores and his team have been superb! Jose is really good at knowing what design style we wanted and managed to find materials that matched. They are all hard working, well presented, polite and professional, respectful of our home and always leaving the house as clean and tidy as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. We now have beautiful master suite, completed to a very high standard.

We just finished replacing and refinishing our wood floors on the 2nd and 3rd floors of our home and we are extremely happy that we used Big Iron Construction. He even provided guidance and expertise as we went through remediation, weighing in with recommendations for how to solve what could’ve been a very tricky repair.We also can’t say enough about Jose, our project manager. He walked us through every step of the process and was incredibly knowledgeable. Throughout the entire process, Jose would pause to explain the repairs so we understood, check in on progress, and confirm every detail to make sure we were squared away and happy with the results. I highly recommend Big Iron for any job you might have. Here is why.Not only were they prompt and professional, but they also helped almost double my insurance claim!My job was relatively small (right around $10k), two majors companies kept giving me the runaround. One the companies did not even bother to show up at appointments they had set with me (twice).I am glad I called Big Iron after they were recommended to me. On the phone I talked to Valerie, she was sweet and set me up right away. They sent me Luis. Boy, this guy is thorough!? When he arrived, he first looked over all the water damage and then went through the report the insurance adjuster had provided as what needed to be fixed (~$5K). Right then and there, Luis pointed out to things that adjuster had omitted, everything he was saying made so much sense to me. He took bunch of pictures and sent a supplemental to the adjuster with the appropriate explanation. Within a week the insurance had approved every single item on the supplement list, which was an extra $4500 for me to do the repairs! I could not believe it. Like I said, I cannot recommend Big Iron Construction highly enough. If in need, do yourself a favor and give them a call and find out for yourselves. I am glad I did.

We had a water leak in our office and the repairs were extensive. New floors throughout the whole condo, drywall and ceiling repairs and repainting. It was a stressful time but the entire crew at Big Iron made it easy. They worked with our insurance company and put my mind at ease SEVERAL times I was stressed out. Big shout out to Valerie in the office as I probably called her on a daily basis and she was always cool about it. As for the work, Jose and his crew absolutely exceeded my expectations and then some. We loved our old floor and they found a replacement that was perfect. You honestly can't tell the difference. Everyone from the ladies who packed out our home for storage to the floor guys, the drywall guys, the painters and the crew who cleaned up were amazing at what they do. Everything looks great. Whenever I had a question they replied promptly and professionally. This was one of the most stressful times in my life but EVERYONE at Big Iron knocked it out of the park and made my life easier. Choosing a contractor can be scary but I can not recommend Big Iron enough. If you need repairs or just some remodeling go with them and you will be happy you did. If I could give them more than five stars I would.

As first time home owners, we were overwhelmed with everything that comes with owning a home. We experienced our first big leak, bringing in water damage and destroying some of the floors and wall. The project scope included wall patch, resurface wall, redo destroyed baseboard, flooring for 75% of our home (take out and put in), ceiling paint all over, wall paint, reconstruct cabinetry boxes, repaint cabinetry boxes.Not only did Big Iron do a beautiful job in repair- they helped guide us from the beginning to the end (insurance claim). The project was done exceeding expectations and timing. Everyone that walked into our home was friendly and professional. The one thing I loved about this team was their communication was top tier. Jose Flores did a great job leading the team and was our main point of contact. Awesome!Definitely keeping their card on hand and highly recommend their work, they will not disappoint!

After a major pipe break there was extensive damage to our home. Paul Davis Emergency Services sent a Big Iron team to our house to handle te repairs. We expected things to be torn up for months with sporadic work being done. Nothing could have been farther from the truth. Under the guidance of Luis Sanchez and Jason Hunt, the project was very well organized and moved at a swift but thorough pace. They had good knowledge of the sub contractors and were able to direct them well. Before retirement, I used to hire project management experts to train our corporate employees, and I was very much impressed with Luis's handling of our repairs. He kept us on course the entire way. We'd also like to thank Jason on his ability to match materials with what we wanted yet stay in budget. While we still have a few odds and ends to take care of, we feel the 5-week timespan was handled very well and that we were kept in the loop throughout the process. Luis contacted us in person or over the phone at least daily and was always concerned with our well being. It was greatly appreciated.
