Great company. Seven years ago I hired and M&M to replace the roof in my three story home.I paid for lead jacks and best materials. Seven years later I found a leak after rain in my roof. The leak was around the water heater exhausting pipe. I contacted a few companies to fix the roof jacks. One company asked me to pay $4000, the second one- $3200. Finally, I contacted Local Roofing and restoration and they charged me only $1800, but did excellent job. I was notified that M&M Roofing, which is considered to be a very highly rated company, cheated me, and installed two rubberjacks rather than the lead ones.Local Roofing guys did a great job and and I recommend them.Please, think twice before hiring big companies.Go to Local Roofing. They give the best price and the best quality.

Called him out to fix a leak in one of my valleys. He showed me things about my roof that led to the leak & provided me a very reasonable price (much lower than someone else) and his team arrived on the day & time discussed. Since the lead tech had 30 years experience, they pointed out several other issues along with some rotten wood below a vent boot…that I hadn’t noticed. Problems that needed attention now before I sprung another leak. Overall I felt I received a fair price for all the work done & would recommend them to anyone! As he said, “we won’t nickel & dime you with add ons”…just a fair price.

I have been looking for a roofing company for 2 years who could, or would replace my roof. The problem is, I have a 4 story patio home, with not much space between me and my neighbors. The other issue is that it is not a big roof, so it was not going to be a big pay day. I feel so fortunate to have found Local Roofing and Restoration. They had the resources available to tackle a 4 story home, and the people to pull it off brilliantly. The salesman, Larry, was on my side to get this job pulled off right, and he was the last guy to leave when the work was done. The owner of the company came out 3 times also during the process. They showed up on time to give the estimate and they were 15 minutes early on the day of the job. I felt the price was very fair. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I had a bad roofing crew do a poor job on the roof of a house I had just purchased in Quail Valley. I called Jason because the reviews said he was fair and reasonable and did excellent work. He was better than the reviews! He took the time to look at my roof with me and he reviewed another quote I received. He gave me peace of mind by letting me know that the roof could be repaired and he gave me a very reasonable price. I have a flat roof, so Jason consulted with flat roof experts on his team to determine the best way to repair it. As soon as I approved the estimate he and his team started work and finished in three days. He sent pictures and a descriptive invoice of the work that was done. I would recommend Jason and Local Roofing to anyone who needs roof repair or replacements.

I discovered a minor leak in my roof last month and decided to call around to get some quotes on a potential repair. I reached out to 5 companies of which 2 didn’t get back to me and the other 2 were outrageously expensive. Then I found Local Roofing and Restoration. Jason and Larry came within a business day to give me a free quote and gave me a full itemized break down of exactly what the repair would entail. I appreciated their transparent communication and they provided me with a fair price. Larry and his team came later that week to do the repair for me, the work was completed in half a day, super quick and efficient! Larry showed me pictures of the finished project and explained how they completed the work. They even did some additional repairs for further damage that was discovered after the work had started - they completed this at no extra cost even though I offered to pay them more for their troubles. I was very pleased with the experience, I’m always skeptical of finding companies to work on projects like this, but rest assured I will be coming back to Larry and his team for any future projects. I worked with Larry over at Local Roofing to replace a roof deck after a leak had caused damaged to interior of house. After having multiple roofing companies come out, I received the best pricing from LRR. Larry stayed in touch with me throughout the process, constantly updating me with photo and texts. Additionally, they took care of a couple areas on the deck that needed to be replaced before the gave out. He also put me in touch with a drywall/paint guy. I will only work with Larry and LRR for any roofing needs at all any of my properties going forward.

I highly recommend this company since their prices are reasonable and the individuals are hard workers. Jacob and Gerald took care of my roof leak in short notice. When I notice I had a roof leak the weather forecast stated rain through out the weekend which caused me anxiety. I had called a few other places before getting in touch with this company and those other companies told me they would not be able to see my issue until the following week. Jacob explained to me the process and how they can help even if it short notice. Gerald arrive within two hours and since it had begun to drizzle he covered up the damage area and told me he would come tomorrow morning. Keep in mind the forecast was supposed to rain which it did but he came very early before it could rain which surprised me because I was expecting him to come within a few day. As Gerald began work on my roof I followed to see the damage and repair. He was so kind and explained how the leak began as well as educated me about roofs. I was also given a warranty for their work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM and I’ll be using them again in the future.

Called them for assistance with diagnosing and repairing an odd leak on our first floor that we suspected was related to the roof because it only occurred when it rained (in spite of the fact that the second floor above it did not show signs of a leak). Jason came out the same day we called, did a thorough inspection, identified the problem with some plumbing vents through our roof, and provided a quote to do the repair work later that evening. We approved the quote and requested service as quickly as possible, and they had it fixed by 2 pm the next day. They went above and beyond to fix another issue with the pipe for the vent and completely inspected our other vents and caulked them to make sure we didn't experience any other problems this season. Jason was very friendly, courteous, and professional, and I couldn't have asked for better service. We will definitely use them for any other roof-related issues.

Great and reasonable work! I called Jason with Local Roofing and Restoration to help with a roofing leak. He came out with one of his crew and they climbed up onto the roof to look at it first hand. They found the problem, and also walked around the rest of the roof to check for any other potential problems. While they were up there, they cleaned out some leaves from the problematic rain weir/channel. They gave me an assessment and then provided an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and then I scheduled them to come back. Upon performing the repairs, they found 2-3 areas that could have developed into problems and corrected them quickly as they found the potential issues early before they could be worse.
