I had hail damage on my roof back in April and filed a claim with my insurance to have the roof replaced. I was referred to Mighty Dog Roofing from a coworker. Nick from Mighty Dog went above and beyond. He walked me through every step of the way to make sure my claim was taken care of. He was amazing! He took his time and made sure I understood the process and helped me make the best decisions for my new roof. The crew that came out to do the work arrived on time and worked fast and hard. They made sure to cover my plants so they wouldn't be disturbed and then completely cleaned up after they left. I am so very happy with the work they performed and the way the roof turned out. Nick followed up and came back out to inspect and again to guide me through the insurance process. Not only do I have a new high quality roof, I also feel confident about my decision to let Mighty Dog do the job. I completely trust Nick and his team and would recommend them to anyone. We used Mighty Dog roofing soon after moving into our home as a referral from a friend. We knew the roof would need to be replaced almost immediately after buying our home, and really wanted to go with a trusted and professional roofer, as our roof has some unusual architectural features and skylights. Mighty Dog delivered! From our project manager to the workers, everyone was always on time and went out of their way to make sure we were informed of the process and happy with the work being done. They also worked hand in hand with us to help us with the financing process, too. The company owners even came by several times to check everything out. Mighty Dog replaced bad decking, installed tech shield and gutter guards for our roof as well. Called Mighty Dog out as my roof is15 years old. Got a letter from insurance they’d be lowering my roof coverage soon, so thought I should inspect.Patrick stopped by and did a great job showing me what was needed! He was honest and told me my roof still had some life left and offered some preventative maintenance.Definitely appreciate the honesty. Got the work done quickly to extend my roofs life. I was having a water leak after some recent rain and called to have them come take a look. When I called to schedule a time for an inspection they were friendly and very helpful. When Aaron came out and inspected our roof he was very detailed in his findings and gave me several options for repair.
