Omar is fantastic to work with. He helped us with deciding on the color of our shingles and recommended solar attic fans. The attic fans are not noticeable by sound but we noticed our bedroom is more comfortable now in regulating the summer heat. He is very knowledgeable in working with insurance and made the whole experience easy and understandable. He uses high quality name brand products and the finished result is beautiful. We recommend Omar he is honest, personable, and hard working. His crew did a high quality job.

Brent and Jared are solid sales and ops people. The roof came out great. There were some issues with the 3rd party laborers on housekeeping and damage but they were resolved and handled with professionalism and to my satisfaction. I would give them another shot on a roofing job purely on their communication and overall business ethics, despite things on the job that was out of their control.

In December 2021 we had O&M Construction Services install a new roof on our house due to hail damage and we are extremely pleased with the experience and quality of the work. Omar (the owner) was friendly, very knowledgeable, carefully walked us through the entire process, and worked with the insurance adjustor to qualify us for a claim. He provided clear explanations to my many questions.  At no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. Omar knew which options of shingle were acceptable to our HOA and guided us on which would look better. We chose Majestic Shake and it has improved the appearance of our house. The installation went quickly and professionally and was done on the agreed schedule. Omar and his company worked hard on our behalf to ensure that we received what we needed to properly replace our roof. He was honest and up front about what it would take and helped us understand the entire process. He worked with our insurance company directly and was able to be flexible with our schedules. While clearly busy with many projects, he even came back by when we requested he re-roll the the yard for extra nails since we have little children. We now have a new roof that looks great and are looking forward to working with Omar in the future should the need arise.

On behalf of a customer that does not use any kind of social media:This company is a nightmare to work with. They took all of the money upfront before the project even began, have breached the contract of services they would provide, have been fraudulent with a reimbursement check they provided, took over 3 weeks for a 1 week job, damages the foundation, poured concrete for a driveway that now floods the garage, and left hardened concrete all in the ditch causing more money to be spent on repairs. They have been nothing but deceitful. Highly advise against using this company. Avoid at all costs.
