Ochoa Roofing & Beyond did a really good job on my uncle's house, my own, and most recently, my parents' house. They took replaced the roof, soffits, fascia, and gutters, all for a price that was better than what we found with three other companies. They're well-known in Houston for their roofing work, and they definitely showed their experience.After everything was installed, we noticed a few small things that needed to be fixed up. My experience with Ochoa Roofing and Beyond was exceptional. I was pleased with every aspect. I had a new roof installed. I worked with Adolfo and he was very professional and very helpful and was available throughout the whole process. He explained the whole process in detail at the time of the quote and did the same at the beginning of the job and the end of the job. They were prompt and courteous and respectful of my property. I can’t say enough good things about Adolfo and his crew.We had the roof done in March and it is now May and we had a storm over the weekend with strong winds. We found a shingle in our yard after the storm and it concerned me. I called Adolfo on Monday morning to ask if he could come check our roof. He came over that morning and looked over our roof…all was good. The shingle was not from our roof. I really appreciated his willingness to come out so quickly to check things for me. Ochoa Roofing & Beyond is an incredible company. They did an excellent job replacing the roof on my house, detached garage, shed and covered breezeway. They replaced all of the soffits and fascia on my house as well as the existing siding on my garage with hardie planks. They installed new gutters and painted all of it. Ochoa Roofing & Beyond also painted some of the interior of my house including paneling, and it all looks so beautiful! The entire crew was extremely professional, courteous, and respectful at all times. I was especially appreciative of Adolfo, the on-site supervisor, who ensured that all of my requests and preferences were met at all times without hesitation. My next door neighbor used Ochoa Roofing last year for the same type of work, and I was so impressed that I knew I was going to utilize their services as well. Awesome experience from quotation to finish. First, I've received many roofing quotes, Ochoa Roofing came out and did a no BS quote. No upsells, no lengthy sales pitches, just gave me a quote with the estimated time for completion and contact information. They didn't hound me afterward either, which I greatly appreciated, but they did respond to me timely when I reached out. I signed the quote and they came out after my solar panels were removed. They set up tarps, covered my pool and were in and out in 2 days. I appreciated their professionalism, and quality of work. I thought that I would have a good experience like many of you, but unfortunately I'm still waiting on my quote that a rep said he would have to me the next day being on a Tuesday. I called on Thursday and the rep said he was waiting on quote from a painter and would send me the quote no later than Friday. It's a week later and still nothing. I was really looking forward to a good experience.Update: I finally got a quote the day after posting a review here. The same guy came back and manned up taking ownership of his falling short of the mark. I can appreciate that. This tells me the company cares about serving the people in the community. And for Adolfo to come and apologize says a lot about his own character. These actions have given me a little more confidence in their customer care department. We were very impressed with Ochoa Roofing Co. and the work they did to repair our roof.We have a barrel-tile Spanish roof, that had become impacted by weather over the years and was in need of maintenance and repairs to fortify it and avoid the need for major repairs or replacement later.Adolfo, the supervisor for our area, did a thorough inspection and provided photos of many areas that needed to be addressed, of which we were not aware. He provided a detailed estimate, then Covid happened, and we stayed in another state during that time.When we returned, we contacted Adolfo, and upon re-inspection, he honored the original price estimate, plus he agreed to take care of new areas that needed to be addressed.After completing the work , Adolfo followed up the same day, and provided our receipt and photos to show the work that had been done. This company is fantastic! We recently bought a house and a few days after moving in, there was a large rainstorm that caused water damage on our ceiling near the chimney. The previous owners had this area fixed by Ochoa the previous year and gave us contact info for Ochoa. Adolfo was very responsive, came over, checked it out, and made the repairs needed and honored the warranty with no questions asked (i.e. he didn't charge us a penny). Unfortunately, we continued to have problems in that spot, but Adolfo has been consistently responsive and is determined to fix this issue. He has done so courteously and very professionally. He recently redid the entire section of the roof to ensure that the problem gets fixed. Still hasn't charged us a dime.
