Super, dependable family owned service company. Does top notch work and they are great to work with and very professional, Shoney the owner was prompt to reply and explained everything in detail and gave me the best price. Let me say they do great work. Charles Miller my Technician was the best. He is experienced and highly professional, he made sure everything was done properly and also took time to explain everything. He didn’t leave till he made sure that the system was working properly. They are completely dependable and I would not hesitate to recommend Service squad to everyone.Service: Water heater installation

Very dishonest. DO NOT USE. My home warranty company selected them to come repair/replace our hot water heater. After the first 2 times they came out they left our house in worse condition. We Woke up to a flooded yard. When home warranty approved a new unit, they claimed it needed “modifications” even though it was the exact same unit. We did not agree but they insisted. I wanted my husband to be there during the repair but they made many excuses as to why they could only conveniently come while he was working. They came out and replaced the unit and charged me $455 for modifications that were never placed on our unit. After several calls the next day, The manger confirmed they did NOT put on the modifications but do not do refunds. He said they would come out and put them on which we of course declined because the unit does not need them and is working properly now and i definitely do not trust them to come back in my home anyway. I currently have a case open with my bank to receive my money back for the parts that were never placed on our unit.Service: Water heater installation

Great company to work with it. They fixed water damages and busted water pipe in our home. In fact, they are very professionals and did an awesome job to us. They came later with proper equipment to check around the place for leaks to make sure moisture in house with the limits. I am very happy with their price too. I am also recommending them to my friends and families if anyone needs support with water restoration and pipe fixing projects.

When a pipe burst at my house.i was distraught I wasn't sure what I was going to do I felt like my home was ruined.i was referred to be a friend of mine to call service squad and I couldn't be more happy with the results I got.they came out at midnight and pumped all of the water out of my home,they domolished the parts of my home that we're soaked and causing an odor,soon to be mold then they got there fans and dehues in there and it dried up nice they got a plumber out to fix the broken pipe and they inspected everything,delt with the insurance company and just really helped me with this whole process.so friendly and professional even though I must have asked a million questions....
