Reese and Junior just stopped by to fix our toilet that wouldn’t flush. They were awesome! Very kind and we’re willing to run back and fourth to the parts store multiple times in order to make sure they had the right parts. They also fixed our sink even though they weren’t there to do that. They were great, highly recommend!

Had a toilet that developed an issue clearing the bowl when flushing. Was due to buildup of minerals underneath the rim blocking the water ports. decided to replace toilet rather than attempting to use acid which may have worked but would take several applications and still not certain to work. Only hiccup was that supply house gave them incorrect model toilet, but supply house sent out the correct model while technicians replaced flange. All done in one visit. Junior and Roman did a great job. Iron Horse is my 'go to' for my plumbing needs.Service: Toilet repair

I live in an RV. They came the next morning and fixed the cheap fixes that the previous owner left me with a mess. They are fair priced and went to Ace hardware and got the whole kitchen sink plumbing replaced. And triple checked it before they left.They came even while it was pouring rain.I recommend them for kitchen plumbing in an RV. Toilet was way out of their wheelhouse. But told me what the problem was and a phone number for an RV repair man to get the roof leak and toilet fixed. Would use them again.

I have used Iron Horse Plumbing several times over the past 4 years at my family home in Stephenville. Two years ago after the really bad snow & Ice storm for days, they came & repaired several burst pipes underneath the house.Yesterday, 2-7-23, they came to my rescue again for the same thing, just different areas under the house. They understood the emergency, came out quickly (especially considering the high volume of calls they were getting due to the cold snap last week). They completed the job very efficiently & thoroughly, explaining the situation and what they did to solve the problems. Lance's team did a bang up job for us. They were on time, extremely courteous, and deftly proficient. We had a second bath toilet that had gradually clogged and couldn't fix ourselves. They ended up removing a tree root complex right in the ring and closet bend about four inches in diameter and more than a foot and a half long.We did our homework, shopped around town, called several outfits with good ratings and recc's (Google, Better Business Bureau, etc.) Chose Iron Horse as the most cost efficient and highly rated. I called them on a Saturday because my dads plumbing was backed up. They called and let me know they had 1 job in front of me, once they were done with that job they called back and said they were on the way.They got there and fixed the issue quickly. They billed me and I thought it was a little high, but I figured with it being a Saturday it was going to be that way. With all the stuff going on right now, and with where I work I have been very busy. I saw that I had a phone mail but didn't check it for a few days. When I did check it, it was Iron horse saying I was over charged and to call them back. I never got the chance to call them, but a few days later I got a check in the mail with the refund. To me that shows honesty and integrity. I do not believe many business now days would of done that without someone calling in and complaining. Its great to see company that makes a mistake and fixes it.
