After the roof was finished, we discovered that the skylights were going to have to be replaced, and Jeremy came back and took care of the total process. Avco completed the replacement of our roof in one days time during the short daylight hours of winter. Jonathan stayed with this project from working with our insurance adjuster to the finish of the project. He even put up a "patch" to get us through until we had the deductible and insurance funds. I can’t recommend AVCO & Shiloh Childress highly enough! We needed a whole new roof so we received at least 3 quotes from different companies. AVCO roofing replaced our roof after a hail storm. Shilo Childress was our project manager. He helped us with all the paperwork, met with the insurance inspector, followed up and oversaw the job itself. He did a fantastic job. The workers were amazing. The job was finished in a day. At one point there were more than 20 installers working at a time like a well oiled machine. Everyone was professional. They cleaned up the whole job and our house looks brand new. The new roof looks great. Thanks so much to all. Highly recommended AVCO!

As we were sitting on the couch during a torrential downpour that lasted for three days consecutively, we heard the sound of a leak, and then a small stream transformed into a larger one that came through our living room ceiling, we felt like Tom Hanks and Shelley Long in the Money Pit. We were worried about who to call. The insurance adjuster recommended a company we had never heard of named Avco. Soon after that, Avco roofing came to the rescue! They sent out Shiloh Awesome. Upon meeting him, we were nervous and worried we would be taken advantage of, as frankly, you can’t trust anyone these days. Shiloh came to our home and scaled the roof like Spiderman.If Avco had a superhero, it would be Shiloh Awesome in a cape with a large A on it. From the first inspection, he went above and beyond. He worked with us till the end, being the only person out of numerous professionals (including insurance adjusters) who couldn’t find the source of the leak. He always was there for us, answering our questions at any time, and spent countless hours working on our project seeing it from the beginning to the end. If you ever find yourself holding an umbrella inside your home from a leaky roof, call Avco roofing and ask for Shiloh Awesome!

My to go man is Robert Goldsmith with AVCO roofing. I cannot say enough good things about the whole getting a new roof' gutters' painting ' new shed experience I had with Robert. Jeremy Keen contacted us about inspecting our roof and he found some damage that needed to be addressed. He was with us at each step of the way, including providing information to the insurance adjuster. The entire process was smooth and effortless for us because Jeremy did the heavy lifting. During the installation process, he was on site and was very particular about keeping the premises clean. We upgraded our shingles to impact resistance and got a large discount on our insurance cost. We recommend AVCO Roofing because they did more than just put a new roof on. Their agent Shilo Childress met with my insurance adjuster and even climbed on the roof with him pointing out problems with the roof and the gutters. Then Shilo arranged for subcontractors for painting and gutter replacement. This was our first insurance claim on our home and AVCO roofing helped us get through it with no stress! Excellent service!

Robert with Avco was very thorough and professional with his inspection. He was honest, and told us there was little to no damage on our roof, but it was new when we bought the house a few years ago. Avco Roofing was great. Tony Whisenhunt went above & beyond handling everything with Allstate. I had given up on Allstate, but Tony handled everything, & they covered the new roof. I had a problem with the add-on room leaking, no one else could determine the cause. Tony looked at it & knew what to do. professional roof replacement from start to finish. Two days to reroof my 1700 sq.ft. Home. Shiloh Childress,Project Manager, for AVCO was very knowledgeable and a hands on manager throughout the process. He provided a free complete roof inspection and was present when our insurance adjuster was there. He explained and assisted us with the entire process. This meant a lot . My son in law, who is in the reconstruction business in another city, said all of the products and procedures they used were the top ones used in roofing. We highly recommend AVCO and especially Shiloh Childress.
