Highly recommend! Great work, reasonable price, and great quality. Very professional, prompt, and efficient. You will definitely be very pleased you called them.I had a leak in my roof. I knew it was getting time to replace the roof. I called Nunez to fix the leak and inspect for other repairs. They took several photos of hail damage. I contacted my insurance and an assessment agent confirmed the damage was caused by hail and I needed a full replacement. Following depreciation, I had to absorb most of the cost.Alex was willing to work with me without hesitation and I was able to afford to replace the shingled roof with a metal one.Very pleased with how the whole process went. They were able to replace the entire roof in 2 days and did an outstanding job cleaning up the debris. Thank you to the entire Nunez team from the office personnel to the labor force! Y’all did an outstanding job!

Nunez Roofing was great to work with on our roof repair. Even though we knew in advance that we didn't need a whole new roof they took the time to come right out and give us a quote, and did the whole job the next week in 1 afternoon. I had quotes from other companies who didn't find all the damage that Nunez did, yet their quote was higher than Nunez. I would recommend them to anyone that needs roofing!

I hired Nunez Roofing to fix a leak around one of my roof plumbing vents. The "Solutions Manager" Joshua came out and suggested replacing all the vent flashings and install new decking to replace the areas that had previously rotted from earlier leaks. Things started out good but got progressively worse.Two separate workers were sent out to complete the job which took a few hours. I had noticed from my attic that one area of rotted decking was not replaced, but I figured there must have been a reason for that. The Solutions Manager Joshua was not present during the job so I let it be and trusted their work. However, during the first heavy rain a couple days later I noticed a steady drip coming down the vent pipe from around the rotted area that was not replaced. This vent was not leaking prior and I would have thought the new flashing would prevent a leak despite the decking not being replaced.When I informed Nunez Roofing that I still had a leak they were quick to respond and sent people out to fix the issue. Again, the Solutions Manager Joshua came out, and I showed him the video of the leak and pointed out the rotted decking had not been replaced. A few hours later he was back with another worker(s) and the supplies necessary to replace the rotted decking and install a new flashing. However, things quickly got worse from there.The repair job lacked a certain level of professionalism even with the Solutions Manager present. For some reason this time they decided to lean their ladder against my bronze gutters causing paint chips to come off required a touch up to prevent rust from ultimately setting in. While repairing the paint chipped gutters, I noticed a few roofing nails in my gutter around the downspout. The newly installed flashing was a different color than the other six or seven they installed the first time around. Finally, a couple days later when my wife was heading out to pick up our take out order, we noticed we had a flat tire due to a roofing nail. We looked around where Nunez Roofing had parked their truck in our driveway, and found a handful of the same roofing nails on the ground.I'm sure Nunez Roofing meant well, and everyone makes mistakes, but overall the lack of professionalism is too much to ignore. You can do better and I would look elsewhere for your roofing needs. In Summary,* Their work caused a new leak at a vent they installed flashing around but failed to remove the rotted decking.* The second repair used a new flashing that is a different color than the others they installed.* The workers leaned their ladder against my gutters and caused the paint to chip off.* The workers left roofing nails in my gutter.* The workers left roofing nails in my driveway causing my car to get a flat tire. Our family weekend was ruined.I'm still waiting on a heavy rain to see if the leak was actually fixed. Even if it isn't fixed, I'd happily pay another roofer instead of hiring Nunez Roofing again.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof repair
