Bought a new $120k f450 king ranch last month. I live 4 hours away so I had it delivered to my house. Tipped the drivers $200 upon delivery.The very next day when the sun was out, I inspected the truck to find a gash on the dash, and crackling speaker(s) when on a phone call, plus rock chip on the front fender. And a burning smell when the truck is on like burning rubber.Took over a month to get the touch up paint with multiple attempts.Chuck made false promises both times we spoke on the phone. The most recent call I had with him, was that he was going to connect me to a rep locally for me to take the truck to, for a “warranty” service. I’m already having to file a warranty on a brand new truck the first day I receive it!? Wow.Chuck has lied to me directly two times on the phone. He also told me to text the number I called him on, and he will reply. He NEVER replied not even once with over a handful of attempts. This guy is a joke. Chuck only cares about one thing, and integrity is not one of them!

They are awesome they took time away from being busy and gave us there time and attention. We was traveling long distance and didn't want to get stranded along our journey back home that was over 900 miles away. My 82 year old Father in law bought a 2021 Dodge Ram last weekend from Stanley Ford. I went along just so I can inspect the truck for him and drive the vehicle back home. Our Sales Rep Wayne was amazing. He took care of business. We were there for about 1.5 hours. Awesome experience and I can see myself going back for my new truck. I have had to stop at this dealership twice in the last 3 weeks while passing through Sweetwater with truck issues. The service department was able to squeeze me in both times and were very friendly and easy to deal with. I spoke to the mechanics that worked on my truck both times as well and they were also great guys!! I would recommend this dealership’s service department to anyone in need!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

Most definetly a hard review to make i love to find some good in everything and honestly I just couldn't! They work to get you into what they want and make outlandish promises that clearly they can't keep! On their wall it states that after 3 months of on time payments your interest rate drops and after a year it drops down drastically! This is false and you end up with a vehicle for over a year and 1 month and the vehicle holds no equity checking your balance you realize all year your payments have went into the interest and none on your actual payoff!! Be sure and read the fine print!!

I came and dropped off my truck for some issues that were concerning me. Troy and Jeff immediately took care of me in the Service & Parts dept. hooking up their computer to find some codes that needed replacing and I also asked to get a new set of wheels to match the ones on my steers as well. They promptly took care of me as if I was a Ford team member and part of the family. My truck was repaired fairly quickly and was impressed with their service. As a bonus Jeff, also informed me of the FordPass and credit card Ford has and to sign up for all the incentives that it comes with and took the time to set me up! If anyone needs anything from a quick oil change to repairs that need done, please consider giving Troy or Jeffrey a call to get you fixed up and on your way! Thanks guys!

First vehicle purchase with this dealer. Stanley made the process of ordering, tracking and picking up our new truck very easy. We we treated very well. Sales, service, finance were all competent and straightforward to deal with. Chris Soles, our sales consultant, did everything right, worked with us through the order to get the exact options we wanted. He made sure we got the call when the truck was unloaded even though he wasn't on site when it arrived. We have done business with several area Ford dealers. By far the best buying experience my husband and I have had. Tiffany was very kind and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were inquiring about. Jerry assisted my husband prior to us arriving over the phone and made the transition very smooth. Kelsi was great and very helpful during the financing of the vehicle and lastly, it was amazing to be able to talk with the general manager, John, himself. In all of my husband and I’s years of buying vehicles we have yet to meet the general manager. He was very personable and knowledgeable as well and made the buying experience that much better! Jeff at Stanley Ford is very helpful I needed to get my 2008 Subaru Legacy fixed and they figured out the problem the next day after bringing it in. All I’m waiting for now is the parts they ordered to get there and get my car fixed. I have been to some dealerships where a salesman doesn't even acknowledge you and some where they are too eager to sell you something they don't give you time to look around. Not so at this dealer. As I arrived not one but two salesman offered their assistance. They gave me time to look and were very helpful in answering my questions. I didn't feel any pressure at all. The prices are good, the staff is friendly and attentive and I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle here. Thanks to everyone for making this a great experience.
