Alan came out the day we called to check our air conditioner. He installed a part I already had and found two other wires corroded and replaced them plus checked out compressor. I called a company in Bandera for service and was told we will not replace anything we don’t sale. As far as I am concerned, the other company can go out of business. Alan even gave us a two year warranty on his work. I will never use anyone else when we are in this area and very highly recommend him and his company.Service: Air conditioning

We had an issue with our old 2000 watt RV inverter and decided it was time for an upgrade to a 3000 watt inverter. Upon arrival his professionalism was evident as he intently listened to all the info we provided and then fully informed us of the work to be performed. It was comforting for us since we didn’t fully know what had caused our inverter issue. It was readily evident Allen knew his stuff as he troubleshot the system to ensure nothing else in the system was affected (no use doing the unnecessary troubleshooting of the inverter since we had already decided to upgrade). Our confidence level with Allen was high from the very beginning and he lived up to the exceptional referral we had received from another RV dealer / service person who had recommended him. You know when your on the road and on vacation your subject to the road and anything can happen. We were in the RV park and had a little trouble with the AC and in 100° heat that is just not good. We didn't have an appointment with Alan but I asked if he had a little time to just check out my unit, he said not really but he will squeeze me in. Well unfortunately it took him about 1hr and 1/2 to do what he needed to do. Alan didn't hesitate after he saw how long it would take and finished the job. Alan is a true professional in the RV repair industry. His mobile service is fair priced and his work is reliable. He has the qualifications to correct any issues you may have. Personally, I had him install a new King antenna, repair our propane stove, recondition all of our rubber seals and fix an inoperable electric slide. He has been punctual and upfront with cost estimates. His rates, in my opinion, beat those offered at locations I need to drop my rig off at. Didn't have much experience with RV Techs but I was given his name. I called and while he was an hour away, he gladly gave me an appt to come and replace all my batteries. Alan was on time, friendly and VERY knowledgeable (PLUS he was very patient with me as I asked all sorts of questions!). We are full time RV'ers and keeping our RV home in shape and good working order is extremely important to us. We had an issue with our water heater. Not being from the Hill Country area around Concan/Leaky, and 60 miles from the nearest Service Center, we did not know who to call or where to go. I asked around in our RV park but no one had much positive to say about the service techs that had worked on other rigs. Looking online, I saw the reviews on AM Mobile Services. While there weren't many, and as a Google Reviewer myself, I know it isn't always about the number of reviews but the quality of the review. The company seemed to have a good rep, so I called Allen.He was on time, in fact a bit early, his van was clearly marked with his company name and logo, which let me know he wasn't some fly-by-night, jack of all trades, master of none kind of service Tech. Allen was dressed professionally, well spoken and very knowledgeable about RV systems. It was apparent he had all the necessary tools to do nearly any job and carried spare parts for those systems which tend to fail most often.Explaining our problem, Allen proposed a few solutions and went about doing what needed to be done. He also offers a 2 years labor guarantee....as long as we have been RVing, this is unheard of, but most welcome. We are very pleased with the quality of his work and the cleanliness in which he left our home. We recommend Allen and AM Mobile RV Service fully and without hesitation. In fact, he will become this RV Parks' go to Service Tech in the future. Thanks Allen for doing a great job!!!

I had Alan come out to do some work on my 5th wheel. I had him reseal the roof and clean my AC's and a few other things. When he was done. My AC's blows just like they did the day i picked it up. My roof all i can say is wow!! The roof looks better now then the day i picked it up. I highly recommend him for all your rv needs. I take that back! Soon after I thought the water heater was properly installed I had a problem with it. In the process of fixing the newly installed water heater I found the panel there technician destroyed and then flipped over to the unfinished side and used rv roofing tape on the inside of the cabinet to hold it in place.
