I hear they do good work. However, the owner is a liar and the lie was nothing major, but the owner is one completely, irrational person. The lie he told me was that he ordered my shingles on Monday…..I called the shingle company 2 days later on a Wednesday to verify the correct shingles were ordered because Casteneda is not very intelligent and does not have the best English. Shingle company told me that Casteneda had not ordered the shingles yet. Previously the shingle company had told me to be weary of Casteneda, as he will flip out on you. He called me and flipped out on me because when he finally did call to order the shingles (Thursday), the shingle company told him that I called Wednesday asking if they had been ordered. He accused me of checking up on him. Even though he proved himself to be a liar, I only wanted to ensure that he ordered the correct shingle…again….he is not very bright. Finally, he has been selling/using the same shingle for many years and they are not hail rated, even though he will tell you they are. I researched his shingle….it is not hail rated, hence the reason I went with a different shingle and did not trust him to order the correct one. Long story short, he is a liar and to some degree a crook giving false information about the shingle he always uses. I do hear he does good work, but I won’t use him.

Our roof was in desparate need of replacing. A friend referred Mr. Castaneda to us, he came by and gave us an estimate and showed us our choices of color.Mr. Castaneda is very nice, professional, fast and easy to work with.Within a week of having our homeowners insurance details taken care of, Mr. Castaneda was at our house with his crew at 6am and he and his crew were finished by 2pm.Mr. Castaneda and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. The crew replaced some of the rotted trim on the roof and thoroughly cleaned everything up around our yard.Our house looks so beautiful.I would recommend Mr. Castaneda Roofing to everyone who needs a roof replaced or repaired.

I would recommend Mr. Casteneda. I called them and they came out and gave an estimate the day he said he would and came to roof the house when he said he would. Cleaned up all leftovers and nails. High integrity person.Service: Roof installation
