He was always very accessible via phone call or text messages, showed up at appointments and never made us feel like he was too busy for our questions. My experience with Crouch roofing was a great one. Matthew was very friendly, courteous and very informative as to what all items would be replaced with the job. He was never hard to get a hold of and never made me feel like I was bothering him if I had any questions. Contacted them during the sale of our home. Roof replacement was requested. We were in Florida and doing all of this long distance. Matthew was amazing and made everything easy. He took the lead with our insurance adjuster and made sure inspection and payments were taken care of. The roof was replaced within 1 week of insurance claim, which was more than we expected. Our neighbors had just had their roof replaced by someone else and were so jealous, ours was completed in 8 hours and looked great. They are going on months and can't get all their issues fixed. Matthew with Crouch Roofing was very responsive, professional, and timely. It took less than two weeks for the job to start, and his crew was able to replace my roof in less than a day and a half. Interestingly, another company started a roof across my street the same day, and took about twice as long to complete it, with their results not as good as ours.The result is beautiful, and we are glad we went with them. I very highly recommend Crouch Roofing & I'm sorry it took me so long to write a review/recommendation. After quite a bit of research on roofing companies that serve the Texarkana area, we decided on Crouch Roofing to replace our roof. They did a phenomenal job! They were professional, accommodating, fast, clean, friendly, on time, impressively hard working, true to the estimate, very helpful, & knowledgeable. I believe they went above & beyond. Matt Crouch came to do the estimate & he answered all of my many questions, some of which he answered before I even asked them. He kept in contact with me by text & calls. The crew showed up on time & I noticed that one of the 1st things they did was cover our shrubbery around the house to protect them. They worked 12 hours straight through!! I let my dogs out that morning before the crew arrived & had planned to let them out again when they took a lunch break but they never stopped working! I guess they must stagger the lunch breaks one at a time because I never saw any of the workers standing or sitting around, on top of the work being continuous. I eventually had to tell a worker that I needed to let my dogs out for a few minutes & they were very accommodating. They also cleaned up after themselves as they went along so I didn't need to worry about my dogs getting into something that could hurt them. Our roof was in horrible shape & our carport was even worse. They practically rebuilt the carport! Our home had several challenges beyond the horrible shape it was in & that they addressed them all beautifully! Between our home, with it's design challenges, the garage, attached out building, & practically rebuilding the carport, it was not a small job. They did all that work, had everything cleaned up, used a magnetic roller, all finished in 2 days. I just have to thank them again for the exceptional job they did!! All these rain storms remind me of what an amazing job they did & again, I recommend them very highly!!

They were the most professional roof service I have ever seen. I contacted 4 companies in Texarkana and Crouch Roofing stood out far among them. The price was on point, they showed up on time, worked all day, cleaned as they went, and did not leave a mess. Just one point would be I saw them sweep for nails three times. They did not leave trash or materials behind. They did the removal and installation of a 2300 sft house in one day. After the job they even filed my insurance paperwork for me. i first used this roofing company when Bruce Crouch owned it and they were top notch and couldnt get any better, or so i thought. Now the son Kenneth Crouch owns the company and they replaced my roof from storm damage. For real people, he and his crew were absolutel;y the most professional , fast service and excellant work. They never left not one piece of debris and never broke a leaf on any of the shrubs or flowers and I'm being serious. I am convinced that it doesnt get better than this.I am a lifetime customer and am recommending to everyone. If you doubt me just come on out, get a cup of coffee and take a look at their fine work. Matthew gave us a free estimate on our roof for hail damage. He was VERY helpful with working with our insurance company. He was always up front about everything, including cost and the time and date that the crew would be there. The roofing crew did a quality job and was bilingual. They were punctual and got everything finished in one day. They were careful to lay down tarps to catch all of the old roofing materials. They were careful to protect our outside condenser, flowers, and small garden. They made sure our vehicles were out of the way also. The crew worked well together. They seemed more like family than a crew. My favorite person was the oldest crew member. I didn't get his name. The crew was considerate and careful to clean up not only the old stuff and the packaging of the new materials, but also the trash from their lunches. They left no trash behind. They also cleaned up with a leaf blower before leaving. That says a lot about a crew. Last, we had some big storm systems move through after the new roof was finished. We could barely hear the pouring rain on the roof. The sound was noticeably decreased. Thank y'all again!
