I just want to thank Near Me Roofing for the patience and excellent work they did . I wanted to go with a different color on my roof and since they had pictures of my house on their computer , they showed me what it would look like. Wow , I would have messed up . I had to get my roof inspected, to see what kind of damage I had from our last storm. I came in contact with Andia Addy, she was very helpful and kind. She was very quick to answer any questions we had, and explained all details of the damage on our roof. She was very knowledgeable, explaining the step by step process to work with our insurance company to try to get our roof replaced. We love our new roof! Tanner Morton and Riley were a great team to work with. They answered all of our questions and made sure we got exactly what we asked for. Tanner done an excellent job helping to pick our new roof color so it would match our upcoming renovations to the outside of our home. Tanner and Riley both stopped by the day of the project to check in on the progress. After extensive wind damage on our church campus, Near Me was quick to help us get a new roof on and get things back in order! Tanner reached out and was our first point of contact. He helped us get the ball rolling and stayed with the project until it was completed. He even checked back after the roof was on and we had our first rain to make sure everything was working properly. FANTASTIC customer service all the way around! It was so nice to know that if we had a question or needed help, we could call and get the same person on the line. They were also really thorough with our insurance and helped us communicate all of our needs with the agency. This is a great company that actually cares about their customer! Called and gentleman there said someone would call back soon and within ten minutes Jon Kerby called to set a time to come over to look at my roof. He came over and went over all my options and helped call my insurance company and started the claim. Very helpful to me because I didn’t know where to start. The insurance gave the ok and they ordered the shingles and were out within a few days to install. All the crew were very efficient and cleaned everything up. The roof looks terrific. The workers do not speak English and no one that speak English was here to translate. They did not do the work that was talked about. The workers did not clean up the trash they left trash in my yard. Call the project manager he never returned the phone call. I sent him a text which show he read it but never replied.

I scheduled a roof inspection with all the hail storms we've had lately, especially since we have been in our house for 12 years. Tanner Morton came out, at the scheduled time, which was critical for me as I am a Critical Care Trauma Flight Paramedic and time is of the essence especially in my schedule. He was very courteous and personal, yet maintained a professionalism about himself. Following his prompt yet thorough inspection, he informed me that I DID NOT need a roof (as a previous roofing company has stated), however there were a few areas that needed some minor repairs which he would be happy to discuss options on. This actually was a 2nd opinion considering the other roofing company told me I needed a $20,000-30,000 roof, and i needed it pretty soon. Tanner explained that even if I needed a new roof, with "Near Me" it wouldn't be over $15,000 or so. A huge difference. Tanner was wonderful. He explained everything in detail and stayed extra time to answer all my questions where I was satisfied. When we do need a roof, I will be calling Tanner and having him and his crew do it. He will also be doing my repairs when I'm ready. I would recommend "Near Me" and Tanner to anyone and everyone. They both are honest and conduct themselves with character and integrity, something that are rare commodities today.
