I reached out to Bicho roofing do to a leaking roof on my garage. He answered the phone in a few rings and was very professional. We scheduled an appointment for the following morning. He was there on time, we discussed the situation and after a few minutes he grabbed the ladder and was up on my roof. When he came back down he showed me some pictures of the situation and where the problem was located. We discussed our next steps and he put together a list of things it was going to take to resolve the problem. Later that night he presented a quote witch I found too be extremely reasonable. He scheduled the job within 2 days. And once again the owner and his crew were there on time. They were able to complete the repairs that afternoon .I have not had any issues with leaks since! Thanks for doing a great job and being on time.it good to know if I have any more issues that I have reliable contractor I can count on.

The owner was very cordial and nice when we initially talked. He was able to be there very very quickly and get an estimate together.Not being from the area and knowing contractors, I wanted to get a 2nd opinion. I'm no roof expert and definitely don't know the standards in Texas City, as I'm an out of state investor.The owner contacted me a few days after the estimate, to see if I was ready to go forward. I told him I was waiting on a 2nd opinion to come back. He immediately got an attitude and pouted to take him off my list, as he wasn't interested any more. I was more than likely going with him as long as the 2nd opinion wasn't pointing towards something totally different.I think the owner was offended because I wanted a second opinion. I told him that he obviously didn't need my business, and have a Merry Christmas. He was rude and arrogant with his "bye now" reply. What a waste of time for us both. I don't understand how somebody like this can stay in business. If I lived there. I would make certain everyone I knew was told to avoid Bichon Roofing like the plague. After his arrogance was realized, I was not comfortable that he would perform the job to an acceptable standard out of spite. His loss not mine. I'm going to get this done now for less out of pocket, and would rather pay somebody that isn't emotional and not ok with a second opinion.

We used Tracey for a small project. He was very professional and the work was exceptional. When we needed to replace our floor and exterior door on the second floor, I contacted him. And if that wasn't enough awesome he arrived with a full professional schematic of our house, aerial photos, itemized cost analysis, and preliminary estimate in hand. Then he went one step further and proved he is skilled far more than ANYONE found on the home advisor or Angis list and helped us envision the most beneficial options to maximize our property's potential including step-by-step process suggestions to get it going and completed. He was honest, professional, communicative, and gave us realistic explanations, and even found ways we could save time and money. He then followed up with a more detailed estimate based on our needs and wants. And even called the next day to ensure we received it and to answer any questions we may have. During the inspection and installation, they showed up on time and finished in time as promised, which is very important to me. Options, concerns and progress were clearly communicated to me along the installation. Text messaging for questions were fairly responsive as well.For the work quality, I am not professional to tell.
