I had a roofing & gutter installation done by these guys. They put industrial oversized gutters on my small house and it's flooding my lawn minimum of 4 to 7 in and under my house destroyed my ac ducts when I was told that the drainage would be let off the property and it was not. Apparently the salesman Zach must have had a lapse in memory when he fed me that pipedream. The gutter Guy he said they don't tell me the details..DETAILS matter! Also, there is a small rear roof where are the fascia board that they replaced does not meet the decking and the shingles are pointed in different directions. I mentioned this within a month after they did the roof and it's been about 8 months and I still haven't been able to get them to repair it. Also, when they were slamming the old shingles on another part of the roof my light covers slammed down into the ground and broke and they weren't responsible for that, so keep that in mind. As well as you may want to keep an eye on the roofers because when they're throwing the old shingles down to ensure they don't mark up the paint on your house carelessly throwing the old shingles over the edge. Other than that they did a pretty decent job on the repair for the most part. It's just a couple things that I'm not very happy about and no one's made an effort to rectify the situation. They did come back and spot paint the house and reattach the poles with brackets as I requested. They really are a good group of people for the most part. I just wish I could get them to take care of the loose ends that are causing my yard to flood & the rear roof issue is over the electrical. It would have been nice when they heard the complaints instead of just rattling ask what they could do to rectify the situation or like professionals tell me what they were going to do to rectify the situation. But so far NADA!!Service: Roof installation

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Guaranteed Roofing beginning with the young women answering the phone. Everyone was professional, polite and friendly. The roofing team was punctual and also very professional as well, cleaned up every day. When the job was finished they even cleaned up with the magnet roller. Zach was a Godsend answering the multitude of questions I had every day and explained everything fully so that I could understand. Thank you Zach. I would recommend this company to any of my neighbors. They did fantastic work adding venting to my attic. I plan on having some roof repair done by them as well. My project was a roof replacement. Every aspect of the job was done with professionalism. Appointments were scheduled starting with the quote. Communications of the date and time and who the representative would be for each appointment was sent so I knew who to expect. They were always on time and very professional. Materials showed up a day in advance of the work and on the morning of the job, the crew showed up along with Zack from the company. They immediately went to work stripping the roof and making minor repairs to any decking as necessary before starting to put on the new roof. They constantly kept the yard clean as they were working. The replacement was completed in 1 day and a thorough cleanup done including 3 sweeps with the magnet looking for any nails that may have dropped. The representative was onsite multiple times during the day monitoring progress as well as the next day sweeping the perimeter one more time with his magnet to see if he could find any nails that may have been missed. I was very pleased with the overall process from start to finish.

I have NEVER hired a company like this in my 40+ years of home ownership. I had heard good things about Guaranteed Roofing & Remodeling and now I know why. I hired them to replace my roof approximately a month ago even though their bid was a bit higher. There was a minor issue with my eave caused by the tear off of the prior roof. The warranty crew came out & looked at the problem, but before repairing they contacted the owner Jeff Proudy who came out within 30 minutes. He bought the trim and body paint of my house and had the area of repair painted even though I said I could paint it. Sherwin Williams in Texas City didn't have the white paint so Mr. Proudy had them get it delivered from Galveston. Who does that now days? The crew did great work, were on time, polite, knowledgeable and even went the extra mile finding a few more spots that needed minor repair and took care of it. I cannot say enough about this company. I will definitely be calling them for all my future construction needs. Mr. Proudy is a man of Integrity. We had a bubble show up on one of our bathroom ceilings. Called Guaranteed Roofing and they sent over "Lighting Rob" who inspected our roof. The leak didn't get any worse so I figured it was from some driving rain we had. We had some nail pops and the sealant was cracked around the vent pipes. I also asked them to remove the old solar fans as a ridge vent had been put in and I didn't think the attic was venting properly - turns out not that is not a good idea to have both. So the crew they sent showed up on time, were friendly and professional, fixed everything and showed me pictures of what they had done.
