I have a house built in 1952 and had a plumbing issue needing repair to install a new refrigerator. They came out the week before Christmas, the same day I called them! Colton, Josh, Robert and Roger were able to solve the issues and get it ready for the refrigerator. The guys were friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!!!

I had an AC unit replaced through Home Warranty and this company made everything more difficult by ignoring emails from Warranty company, lying to me about progress on the work contract, and making me do most of the work. My contact was dismissive and condescending I would not recommend. Unless of course you are paying out of pocket then I'm sure they're great

My house got struck by lightning and my AC went out so I and called them to come out to see if they could fix it. Came by and gave me false hope and changed one part then charged me $239 and then told me it’s unfixable. Then I contacted the insurance company and they needed a report and paperwork of the work they did. No response after 3 weeks emailing, messaging and calling. The people who run this company are a bunch of crooks, do not use Xander Comfort , they will steal your money and never respond to you, Worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life! F- Oh and by the way I have 3 different witnesses that live next to me that saw the lightning hit my house along with the Direct TV guy that fixed the box the lightning destroyed and the AT&T guy that fixed the router the lightning destroyed all documented. You ever claim insurance fraud on me I will pursue legal action! This shows what kinda company are, I will make sure to let everyone you meet in Rockdale not to use you!

Very communicative and charged a very fair price! Did great work. It seemed like they ran into some challenges installing my unit but they didn’t add any extra fees (even though I think it took longer than they had planned) and they got the job done without needing much from me. AC went out in the middle of the night during the hottest driest year in a long time. Called Xander Comfort first thing in the morning and by 9:50am our service provider , Rodger, showed up earlier than scheduled. Diagnosed our issue and gave us a quote and got right to work, fixed our problem, cleaned and checked out the rest of the system. Just had Colton out to the house for some maintenance. AC wasn’t cooling fast enough. He diagnosed the capacitor was the issue. Fixed it in 30 minutes. Incredible customer experience. Will definitely use him and the company again!

Lied about replacing thermostat wire that was damaged in a house fire, tried to blame it on the plumber, over charged me, bullied me by saying he would not warranty the unit he put in, called the police and tried to have me arrested for “theft of services”. One star is very generous for this corrupt, swindling, double dealing bully.

I am a GC, I have opportunity to work with many licensed subs. Alex has been the utmost professional helping to deal with issues on an AC install. Alex has done everything that I would expect a professional to do when you run in to one of those "problem areas". The issues have been beyond his control but he has stayed diligent to make sure resolution is forthcoming he even has factory reps lined up to fire the new unit install to verify the problems with been having with the electric supply side or company equipment issues. I would not trust anyone more then Alex and Xander Comfort to handle all of your HVAC needs. Period! So many people dial in on COST only factor which is great, but if things don't happen as you expect - how is the cheap contractor going to handle it? Well Alex has exceeding every expectation I have had and most important he has gained the trust of our customer at a trying time. The gentleman who came out was very thorough and diligent. He was polite and answered all the questions I asked. My only problem was the technician who came out to diagnose the problem. Before he left he turned the breaker switch off and when it was turned back on, I lost communication between phone, Alexa and Nest thermostat. Alex is going to send someone out to help me when they get caught up on service calls. I really appreciate Alex’s help.
